We messaged a few companies with regards to removing asbestos wrap from boiler pipes in a Hamilton basement - Canada's Restoration Services were the only company that responded. They were professional, able to book an appointment in a timely fashion, do some testing that we requested and create an action plan. Because we were under time constraints with regards to the sale of a property and having the asbestos removed from the property we did not receive any additional quotes however we were satisfied with the plan for removal and the price we paid. Matt was very informative throughout the process and the work area was left very clean. We would hire Matt and the team at Canada's Restoration Services again.

Had Alex come over to assess the water damage coming from a roof leak. He was very knowledgable and gave great advice. Very punctual and responsive.

I had a small room that needed mould remediation. I called the office and they were able to book someone to come and give me a quote right away. Jorge was friendly and professional, but most of all he understood the needs of our family, and was able to arrange remediation immediately, at a reasonable price. The removal team of 2 people showed up on time. They were nice, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and explained what was going on every step of the way. I'm really glad we hired this company, and I would highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with Canada's Restoration Services. When other companies didn't want to help, Canada's Restoration Services helped us in a middle of a difficult and stressful situation - a fire close to birth of our first children. It speaks volumes when a company helps you in a situation like this and helps you family move back home quickly. Despite being quick, the work performed went over and beyond the project scope. Highly recommend Canada Restoration Services! Very professional. Not knowing anything about mold in attic I was lucky to have Jorge coming over and took pictures of the attic and explained me every details of the job that has to be done. In 2 days (2 workers 6 hours per day) removed all the mold from my attic in a professional manner. Also I've got a birthday discount! Make sure that you ask for it!!!! Thank you Jorge!

We had lester, Jose, And Danen remove our asbestos in more than one room after Jorge inspected the house. Jorge was very experienced and professional and he provided us with a good quote (with a discount). He got us a removal appointment the next day we called, which was awesome.Lester, Jose and Danen were amazing and cautious in dealings with asbestos. They removed the carpet and asbestos till we had our subfloor clean and nice. They got all their professional tools to not had the asbestos exposed in the house. Jorge and the team at Canada's Restoration services were excellent and extremely knowledgeable. They communicated well, arrived on time and followed up as promised. Their professionalism and experience distinguished them from the competitors that I contacted. I would definitely recommend that you contact them for issues relating to water damage and mould in your house. I would have used them if I operated as the general contractor and contracted various trades. However, I selected a contractor that could manage the entire project to address my water issues completely.

The company is excellent. Between John and Alex they do everything to ensure your place is restored 100% as they say. It was my first time having a flood and I contacted Alex. He took the time to explain how everything works when I was faced with the flood.They workers were very friendly and patient, they were also respectful of my belongings during reconstruction. Canada’s Restoration Services quoted me $13000 to remove vermiculite from our attic. Two thirds of the way through the job they demanded an extra $5000 to complete the job or they would pull their guys from our job. The owner of the business subsequently contacted us and apologized on behalf of the company for the manner in which his employee interacted with us and he refunded us $1800 of the $5000 we had paid.
