Came in from out of town and ran into an issue with my Toyota. They were rapidly able to identify and fix the problem, and communicated with my home dealership. Fantastic help and customer service!

I recently purchased a Tacoma from Alex K, and would highly recommended him!I gave him a budget and he was able to give me several options and suggestions on how to get exactly what I wanted.He was quick to respond to messages and calls and was very accommodating as I made several changes throughout the process and added several dealer installed accessories.The truck arrived on time and Alex kept me posted on its progress as it was being manufactured and in transit. He even followed up after I took delivery to make sure I was happy.Will definitely buy another vehicle from him in the future!

Alex K and the team were great to deal with. He stayed after hours to accomodate my dog and I when looking at vehicles. Everything was prepared for me based off of what I requested via phone call during our initial meet.He kept me up to date throughout the week while I was waiting for my new vehicle to arrive.The whole process was well planned out, detail orientated, and went very smooth leaving me with no stress, and confidence in my new vehicle. He even followed up with me a few days after I picked up the car, to ensure I was happy with the vehicle.I highly recommend going to Alex when looking to purchase!

Excellent service from the Service Department at Sunrise Toyota. Anthony was able to get the right part in (a replacement mirror) within 24 hours without any commitment from us. Once we walked in to pick the part up, Michael was able to squeeze the installation into the activities going on in the Service Bay. We were able to get mirror installed with a minimum of drama, and make the 1000km drive home a little safer.

Purchased my first new vehicle a couple of weeks ago from Sunrise and could not be more pleased with the result. Ron knew exactly what I was looking for and made the sales process incredibly easy and efficient while Richard handled the financing, service and coverage options with grace and humility that reduced the stress of such a large investment.The whole experience was top notch and the vehicle itself is spectacular!

Mark at the service station here is fantastic! He is a shining example of who you want taking care of you. He explains everything thoroughly, answers questions patiently and goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable!

Worst service ever!!! Highly do not recommend this dealership!!! After waiting more than a month to get the A/C fixed on my Toyota Highlander... not fixed and no follow up from Service Manager Gilles. Gilles promised to get back to me in short order. Zero response!!! I will never return to this dealership!!! They are absolutely incompetent!!!

I recently bought a new Corolla through Alex and Rick. Both were extremely friendly and patient as I went back and forth over my options. Alex had amazing response time when I would text him with any questions. I also really appreciate that the car came with winter tires preinstalled and they are willing to store my other tires in the off season. I would certainly buy a car from them again!
