Charged me an extra month on a technicality, that’s just rude. Wasn’t helpful at all. The service is useless and a money grab. Look for a different option, it’s all about the contract and money for them. Your just a number to this company, no respect I tell ya!

Nice office rental place for meetings and such. Friendly customer service people. Parking is a little tricky as you have to park behind the building and walk around. The location are very convenient since it is very close to the airport in case you have to fly out right after your meeting.

I work for a lawyer who rents an office here. The ladies at the front desk, Jannis, Kathleen, Angel and Meghan are terrific. They are very friendly and helpful. The boardrooms are spacious and up to date. Office Suites offers a full range of current office equipment from faxes to photocopiers to binding machines. The coffee/tea is pretty good, too, and plentiful. I like it. It's a pretty cool place.

A lot of convenience services in one building. From lawyers to accountants. There's also a little cafe downstairs and restaurant for convenience. The place is very quiet and the main parking available is street parking which can be hard to find at times, so if you're coming here be prepared. Or ask if there's an underground parking lot for the building.

I was not in need of support from admin. I attended a full day meeting and coming from the airport found it was an awkward location to access. The building had a ramp for wheeling in my luggage and the building was clean and elevators worked well. The interactive map was easy to use once I figured out not to use the acronym to search the offices.
