I've never wasted a bubble tea before... but I did after purchasing one here. The pearl milk tea was very bitter and unpalatable. The staff were not rude per se but they also weren't friendly either. Overall, a poor experience.

I love my drinks, we had Thai Milk and Tito pudding. Though I looking forward to try, “The Tropical Trio”, which is not available in this location for now.The only thing I dislike is their washroom is not clean. But service was good and fast.

My fave bubble tea shop. i hope they also have the milktea with the nutella i forgot the name of the drink. i always bought it in the philippines. i was looking for it here but they dont have.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!.... I've been going there for years, & recently they have renovated & ever since then their customer service skills have dropped, their quality of drinks has plummeted to the point where I'd rather just go 2 Tim's & get a tea... But what did it for me was this evening my wife & I went to get a tea. So we ordered waited maybe 4 min & realized no one was making our drinks. They were huddled in a circle while one girl was showing the other 2 how to do squats. So @ one point our eyes locked & THAT'S when they started making our drinks... I can confidently say I'd NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK!!!....absolutely appoling!

Staff that took my order was rude and impatient it’s my second time back here with poor customer service and poor quality. The snacks from the first time I came here were good though. Do not recommend over other bubble tea spots in the city.

Ordered chocolate malt and just was served with regular milk tea without the chocolate powder on top. The girl and the white dude who worked on Tuesday april 25th around 5pm should be ashamed. I was the only customer too

I have been drinking at chatime for years, especially the roasted milktea. But recently the store has been doing very poor on preparation and services. Yesterday I came, they forgot to add pudding into my drinks. Today I came, the service was very unwelcoming, and I ordered roasted milk tea but it did not taste like it all at. I came back and ask to re make the drink, which they did but it still tasted like how they made my first drink. It was not an awful taste, but its the fact it is not roasted tea (which i know exactly what it tastes like because I drink like every week). I eventually gave it to my friend because i was not happy and dissapointed with the services. They should improve better if they dont want to lose more customers.

Drinks are good. Pearls are chewy. Highly recommend the Brown Rice Green Tea, it reminds me of sugar crisp cereal. 8/10 would definitely go again. Only reason I’m not giving a 10/10 is because they don’t have popping pearls anymore.☹️

I love chatime milk teas and matcha red bean smoothie! Minus one star for playing music too loudly. It also takes a fair bit of time (5-10 minutes?) to make a drink. I'll check from outside for the business inside and if there's a long line up, I give up and turn around unless I really want one.

Chatime was the very first place I tried bubbletea and is now my last choice. I just wanna say that as a Bubbletea and Pearl (tapioca ball) connoisseur.. I’ve always been disappointed with Chatime’s Pearls. I’ve tried to have them time and time again and there’s honestly no change. Stale, hard to chew and not enjoyable overall, lacking taste.When I compare it to Coco’s down the street - the freshness can’t be compared. Mind you, the drinks themselves are decent.To top things off, they’ve switched over to PAPER STRAWS!!!!! Not the type of drink that’s ideal for paper straws especially with toppings…. Pretty disappointed.
