Jeff was great to deal with, he was able to get us a hot tub quick during the pandemic when everyone else had inventory issues. He was easy to get a hold of during the whole process to answer all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with our Cal spa. Electrical work was done by Pro West Electrical who were great, they came and installed the panel prior to the delivery and just had to do a final quick hook up once the tub was delivered.My only complaint would be with the delivery. Living in a small town the company they used was not great. They did not bring enough guys to move the tub, not sure what they would have done if I hadn't found some extra hands to help.

World of Spas… A delightful experience.My wife and I were in the market for a hot tub, this would be the 4th tub I purchased since 1989. Our criteria was; a high quality tub, a fair price, good service and a trouble free installation. it was also important to have a reputable company to deal with any future service needs.World Spa’s met and exceeded our criteria. In our opinion, they are 10 star company all around. Thomas, Kim and the team not only delivered, they exceeded our expectations.We were astonished at how much a tub could cost when we started looking. Prior to going to World of Spas, we had checked out the tubs for quality and price at 6 other dealers, including the “good deal hot tub” at Costco. We were leaning towards a high quality hot tub by by one of their competitors but wanted to see what World of Spas had to offer before making the final decision.We met Thomas @ World of Spas. He completely blew our minds with the education, and the attention to detail that went into his line up of hot tubs. He showed us the Twilight Series of Tubs, and he suggested to look up Hot Tub University and watch a few videos. After watching Hot Tub University on You Tube, we then had more knowledge to make the best decision on a tub, and the rest is history. We purchased our tub from World of Spas have been extremely satisfied with our selection of both hot tub and sales and service from World of Spas.If you are looking for a great hot tub, and a great experience, look no further, these guys and gals are tops! We found them to be extremely professional, knowledgable and competent in their products and services. Can’t say enough good things about them. The previous 3 hot tub companies I dealt with were nowhere near what this company stands for. At the office, Kim and the ladies are wealth of information and they help to ensure you will have the proper set up for many years to come.World of Spas have earned a reputation of being at the top of their field. Matter of fact, my neighbour and friend got the same tub as me, but his is one foot bigger, and, his has the greatest wi-fi features so he can remotely operate and check on his tub … These tubs are really something special. World of Spas is a wonderful company to deal with.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Jeff in sales was great to work with. Knowledgeable, not pushy, and awesome. What happened afterwards, when purchasing a hot tub valued at over $17k was the absolute worst service experiences I have ever had with any company. Our brand new hot tub cover, in a very light wind, came crashing down on top of my wife and 4 year old. I came home and they were freaking out about the safety of our brand new tub. When taking a closer look, it seemed the safety clip was not latching properly. Texting Jeff immediately, he directed me to call their service team the next day, which I did, and got radio silence. 6 months later, about 8 messages, and now 4 cancelled appointments, this safety clip is still not fixed. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said they would come out under warrantee to fix this simple clip. 4 days later after no shaking, I called them again only to hear them say “oh sorry, we don’t have spare parts anymore, now it will cost $180 including the service call, we’ll give you a deal.”. Fine, I agree to pay for it, and then get 3 more cancelled / no show appointments because their service team cannot effectively manage their own daily schedule and planned location visits around the city.Their install and service team are not even in house, it is a third party contracted company. When they installed, they even told me they would not follow the recommendations on the World of Spas chemical startup sheet, they have a better startup plan, but we’re unable ti share it since they are third party contractors. This was not a great start.I will never ever recommend this company ti anyone, please go to see Flourine and Sundance Spas. Service is top notch, and always delivers exactly what he says he will. I never should have went for the cheaper deal with World of Spas.Very, disappointed family, with an unsafe hot tub cover.

The hot tub itself is nice, but we have an issue under warranty. Turns out that for a warranty call there is a $95 fee to cover the service vehicle...within Edmonton city limits. Seems a little excessive. In fact it's a shady business practice. It allows for World of Spas to make money off warranty calls, at the expense of the customer, while adding no additional value.To put in another way if you bought a new car with warranty, you wouldn't expect a $95 fee to cover wear and tear on the mechanics tools to fix a warranty issue. It doesn't make sense.Then you have to pay the fee up front, not at the time of service. This means that World of Spas has no reason to prioritize you. They already have your money. No reason to hurry.My service has already been pushed out twice. The service manager said that's due to the fact they have 7 hot tubs with no heat......quality issues? Foreshadowing for the future? Who knows.Be cautious when you sign the paperwork.

Jeff and his team made it easy!My wife and I were looking for awhile and had it narrowed down to a couple other suppliers until someone recommended we check out World of Spas before we commit. So glad we did! We got all the features we wanted at a better price without sacrificing quality. They were also able to deliver it within a week. No special ordering or delays. SOLD. Highly recommend to give them a chance if you are in the market for a new spa.

Terrible Customer Service....Purchased a patio fire table back in Mar 2022 and recently tried to get customer service which has been painful.Table has been outside since last season, covered with supplied cover and used 3 times last season. I took the cover off back in March to clean table and discovered that the paint was chipping off in numerous places to the point of rubbing your finger over the surface and rubbing the finish off.Phone World of Spas 2 times to be told that someone would call me back, which never happened until I continued to phone and spoke with someone that asked me to email pictures, etc. This I did back on April 19th and had yet to get a response either way until I phoned this morning.Outcome lol was over warranty date of 12 months and how was it stored. So needless to say very disorganized customer service. The principle being I am chasing you guys when it takes less than 5 mins to respond to a customer. I guess I should have spent my $1000 at Costco or another dealer that stands behind the products they sell and offer service to their customers. I have been waiting to see how this unfolded since I am purchasing a hot tub within the next month and will not be purchasing from Work of Spas !!! Companies are great for selling and getting things out the door but when it comes to service it can be a different story. And yes Stephan I will not buy from your store over a table with paint coming off just saying.... :)

I came in early on a Thursday morning just to gather some information and not really having any intentions of purchasing anything. Stephan explained to me because there was a boat show in the city, that there were a few promos on this week. Admittedly I thought this was salesman talk. As I was about to leave the store with the information I was asked if massage therapy was why I was into the hot tubs and I was given a deal on a massage chair, well frankly no one would believe what I got it for. Certainly felt that Stephan listened to me, kept me with in budget and left a very happy customer.
