First time making a review for a McDonald's. But this is ny far the worst and slowly service I ever had.. 4 to 5 customers including me had to watch the lady make everyone's coffee lined up and not being served for a good ten minutes while all our orders sitting on the counter ...

I ordered my food through the app to be delivered to my car. I waited 50 minutes before going into the restaurant to complain only to find that my order had been ready for 30 minutes and was cold, nobody bothered to bring it out. They redid my order and while I was there it took them 10 minutes to serve the next person in line and two people left the line out of frustration. None of them had a sense of urgency.

The wait is real...good thing I left early enough before work. Currently sitting at 14 minutes and counting...10 min to place order, 4 minutes and counting to pay/receive.

it's one of the good McDonald's in town, it has a very nice 2 lane drive thru, a nice view in the restaurant to the outside, it's on a good location in faubourg shopping center next to Jean coutu pharmacy, and they have a very good staff nice people there.

Update: drive throughFast servics but missing items I was charged for.No one answer the phoneNew decoration looks great.Tables can be cleaner!There is 8 staff and 4 clients but most of tables need to be cleaned!

November 5th, ~11:20PM. They took forever to take care of the drive through line, whist having employees (we could see them).Ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes! When I received my food, it was cold, missing sauces (for my nugs and fries), and I was hungry, and so disappointed.The customer service is inexistant

The worst McDonald's!? Now I see all the bad reviews... Why are they not improving? I worked at McDonald's 25yrs ago - I know how they are supposed to operate. This one fails to meet the brand standards - it is not a McDonald's!1. It was a little past 7pm. Decided on drive through: 4 cars in 2 lanes. No car moved for 10 min! They were not taking orders!? When I tried to leave, cars behind wouldn't let me, so I was stuck.2. Finally, cars start moving. I pick a lane. My lane stops moving. Other lane is moving only. Cars that were behind me have their order taken before me! Surely that's not how it's supposed to work?!3. They have no quarter pound burgers! So they fail at supply management too. I take a big Mac... I forgot they are gross.4. I did receive my order in a properly folded bag (yes, there is an official way to fold the bag). I checked that my simple trio order was all there, including bbq sauce for the fries - good. Drove a short distance to eat in parking lot.5. Realized that I had 0 napkins and 0 straw! Oh well, at least he folded the bag right!This place needs to shut down and retrain - especially the owner and managers!

i am very upset.. i havent eaten in two days and i couldn't resist my craving for a chicken junior but.. it seemed it had survived WW1 and WW2. Was looking foward to brag my burger to my siblings but more than brag it was more embarrassing to show it to them looking at the state of that burger.

I had take out breakfast this morning. I had to wait 4 minutes at the drive through before anyone answered me. As I got my meal the girl said that the small orange juice was put in a medium cup. I joked as I asked the girl at the window why not just keep your finger in the button to fill up the cup? She rudely stated it would cost more.
