Placed an order through phone and the service was super quick. The flower bouquet definitely exceeded expectations and I will be placing plenty more orders to send to my friends to brighten their day. Really good service and the flowers are great quality! Loved the way she wrapped them for us and I could barely get myself to take it all apart to put them in a vase. Very happy to find this sweet shop!

She is super kind and accommodating. I order flowers for a local delivery and she was able to help us modify the bouquet. It turned out so lovely. She helped us put a smile on a grieving family’s face, thank you.

Irene was fantastic. I called her on a Monday morning for delivery for Tuesday by 12pm for 4 arrangements and she sat on the phone with me for over half an hour going over all the details. The flowers were by far the absolute best at the funeral home. I received so many compliments. I ordered for family members too and they loved them. The sash/ribbon draped across was printed on and exactly as I wrote in my email. The card was also clipped to the flowers so my cousins knew who sent them. All in all, amazing experience and will 1000% be using her again and referring her to others.Thanks a million again, Irene!

I had a not great Valentines so I decided to treat myself to flowers the next day. I knew that everything would be out of stock however Irene’s Flowers really pulled through. Their bouquet arrangement was so beautiful, it really cheered me up.I placed a last minute order at 4:00pm & my bouquet was ready for pick up the same day at 5:30pm! SO FAST.I’d never ordered from a flower shop before. My experience was so easy from ordering to picking up. They were super accommodating to my request for sunflowers as an add-on. Although they notified me that they had run out (totally understandable after a major holiday) & substituted with beautiful Gerberas. I was very satisfied & happy with my bouquet.I’ve gotten two more bouquets since. They have always communicated clearly & managed expectations very well right from the get go. Whether to let me know some flowers/colours may not be in stock, prices are different, or if anything is considered an add-on.The pink bundle in the photos were from Mother’s Day. It’s been 3 days and the tulips have bloomed beautifully. We leave the vase in the garage or a cold room over night to extend their life & keep the flowers as fresh as possible.10/10 would buy again

I cannot be any happier for their service! I ordered the “deal of the day” and it was a perfect bouquet that they put together for the message I was sending. It’s also so beautiful for the price (I do note there is a $10 delivery fee). They called beforehand to ensure someone will be home for the delivery as well. A huge thank you to Linda and her team for their excellent customer service! I went with this florist because of their great reviews, many citing how this florist goes out of their way to help their customers: it's all true.I called a few minutes before the same day delivery cut-off but didn't get anyone directly. However, within a minute I received a text telling me they would call back and they did within the hour. Linda was so wiling to accommodate my requests and made arrangements to still have my two orders delivered the same day! The arrangements (Silver Cross/Bright Life and the Heavenly and Harmony) were beautiful and reasonably priced. Linda was so polite and professional. This florist takes pride in their product and I'm so glad I went with them. Thanks again, Linda and team!

Wow! I got the most beautiful arrangement for my mom for mothers day. I thought it was BEAUTIFULLY done and for a very reasonable price. It also came in a beautiful vase that had a cute little stand! My mom absolutely loved it!

Wonderful people. They quickly put together a customized vase arrangement for us in 15 minutes. Amazing service and design. Flowers are still healthy and vibrant after 5 days.
