Our instalation tech Ethan was excellent, he was efficient, clean, and informative. Would definately refer him for any instalation job. We have our new water heater installed, looking forward to a hot shower. Thankyou to Ethan our hot water installer and our water softener installer TJ we are very satisfied.

Jeff came on time and was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. We went through the issues we were having with the old AC unit (23 years old) and showed me why it failed. Explained in detail the different product types and when we settled, set a date and time to replace the old one.Mow and Dan arrived right on time. They called to let me know their arrival time too. They were courteous, polite, friendly and respectful. Moe explained what they would be doing and got right to it. The install was perfect and to my complete satisfaction. They both ensured everything was cleaned up and that I was happy with their work. When they tested the new AC unit they showed me what they were looking for and how it was perfectly completed. Couldn’t be happier with everyone involved and the equipment installed. Highly recommend Reliance and their team.

My a/c wasn't working so I called Reliance to see when they could send someone to take a look at it. A technician came the next day (Canada Day, no less) and had our a/c fixed within 20 minutes. Best of all, the part he replaced was covered by our protection plan so we got our cool back with no extra expense!

Tim the plumber from Barrie Reliance is an absolute professional and a lifesaver! I recently had a plumbing issue at my home, and Tim's expertise and efficiency were remarkable. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, and provided a clear explanation of the problem. Tim's workmanship was exceptional, and he fixed the issue with precision and care. He was courteous, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Service provided was installation of AC and Furnace.Sales Representative Jeff was detailed in his explanations and followed up on all questions promptly. He took before and after pictures, both for the installers to understand the requirements of the job and follow up after the installation to insure I was satisfied.Josh and Brayden the installers we prompt, did an excellent job, and completed the installation as if it were their own home.All 3 should be congratulated on their professionalism and Reliance should be very pleased to have them representing the company. Matt was absolutely incredibly. He's very friendly, professional and FAST! He gave me a timeline and was done well before the expectation and is comfortable to be around. If I have any other issues I will be specifically requesting him.

Just moved in and valve was stuck due to high calcium build up ( no water softener) they were able to get a great technician (Service call I.D.: 5498857) to our place within the 6 hrs despite how crazy business they are and I called many places just to be told atleast a weeks waiting time.He was professional, great work ethic, resolving the issue quickly and explained what the issue was and how it needed to be corrected properly. Great guy and the work was done well, no more issue. Would highly recommend after having this technician. Hopefully he gets the credit he deserves.

Very pleased with the sales process and the options that were provided. Purchased an air conditioning unit and sales associate was quick to answer any questions and make changes instantly. I felt the sales associate was knowledgeable and confident in the product she was selling.Only thing I found disturbing was the DocuSign process as it took a while to get the documents to sign but once that process started, everything went smoothly.The installation technicians were on time and I found them to be very professional as well. The installation went very well and the technicians left the area clean and took away the old AC unit. The technician also took the time to explain the operation of the unit along with explaining how to change the UV bulb and the operation of that piece as well.Great job and I would recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone in my area. As this is my cottage residence, I am not close to readily available installers and felt comforted that Reliance is always quick to respond to any of my requests, whether if be for the furnace, water heater, or AC unit. For this I give them two thumbs up.

Sam came in to help with our air conditioning. There were a few things that ended up having issues and he was able to address and fix each one (thermostat, separate unit etc). He was very clear when explaining the issue and was friendly and professional to everyone in the home. The service was quick and efficient. I would definitely use Reliance again!

The technician, Matt, was the best. Prompt and knowledgeable, Matt was on top of the maintenance and walked me through all the steps. He was multi tasking while on the appointment and his efficiency did not go unnoticed. Best tech I have ever had work on my hot water tank and furnace. A pleasure and I can’t recommend enough. Five stars all around.
