Minden Equipment Rental

Had a problem with some propane tanks I bought last winter. They reached out and corrected the problem. Great customer service. Thanks again for making things right.

Worst experience I have had renting equipment. Ive rented twice in 34 years from this shop and wonder why I went back a second time.... Customer service or knowledge of how to operate their own equipment?,no, its just not there. Given instructions and followed to the letter but the equipment was inoperable. Called immediately and since they were all too busy to help or even consider taking a phone # to call us back, again NO!! We were told just to bring the equipment back BUT we were also told there would be NO CHARGE, well, yup, there was a charge. Not only do they not know how to instruct or operate the equipment, they lie about service charge. My advice, stick with CRS or Minden Home Hardware rental centre, they are much more reputable and seem to genuinely feel both knowing their rental equipment and customer service rate #1.

Excellent customer service. Atypical for Minden. Bought a Stihl gas leaf blower. They put gas in and showed me how to start it. Most retail outlets in Halliburton could take a lesson on making customers feel appreciated.

In order to get my new Cordless MSA 300 stihl saw I had to drive out of my area because they where not in stock anywhere.But was well worth it as Bill and Brady where so helpful with all my questions and extras let alone they had the only chainsaw. Works better than my MS 261 and love the convenience of electric, no run on Idle when I set it down, can use inside, quieter and smother. Great to work on my Pioneer log home done by the Timber KingsI ended up Buying a 2nd one

Friendly, knowledgeable service. I have purchased a Stihl chainsaw and Cub Cadet snowblower here. Both came with helpful advice and work excellently. They were even kind enough to recommend me to a competitor for an accessory that was more appropriate. I highly recommend them!

I am very happy with the work that was done on our Argo four wheeler from the guys that work at Minden equipment Rental. They went over and above to fix our machine. I would recomend them anytime.
