I had to have 2 parcels redirected as PO Box deliveries aren't permitted. I phoned 2 or 3 times until someone finally responded. I provided them with a street address in my rural town and delivery was to happen the following day. I advised them this wasn't my house, it was a friends place. They said no problem - a signature isn't required so the items will be left outside. Driver showed up today - sat in the driveway of my friends house honking the horn repeatedly. Questioned who she was, even though we were told that wasn't necessary. 1 parcel had the wrong house number on it and he started to lecture her about this - warehouse error writing the wrong number on it, not our error! He literally threw the items on the driveway and said: They are light so you can carry them. Good thing they weren't fragile as they would be broken! Overall the driver was belligerent, rude and highly unprofessional. It is unfortunate that Vista-print uses UPS and in Regina and we end up with deplorable service from Coutts Courier. Shameful.

My experience has been extremely poor with this courier from the front line to the management employees. They mishandled an important health test kit of mine in November 2020 and have been remiss in compensating me for the money lost as well as they have been extremely rude in ignoring phone calls and messages. I'm ashamed to have a local business like this in our community. I'm used to locally owned businesses in Saskatchewan having a high standard for communication and customer services. I will be continuing to let as many people know as I can that they should avoid using Coutts Courier and entrusting them with their items at all costs.You've left a young mother without a health test kit (value at $450) and without the ability to re-order another for four months. You should be deeply ashamed.

I don't understand how they have a 4 star rating. A complete joke. I'd say top 3 bottom of the barrel, right down their with DHL and Delivery Force. I love love how after 2 days of calling at least 30 or 40 times I finally get someone. They sound super sincere and helpful, get my information and tell me they will call me back in 2 minutes lol. 20 minutes later and I'm right back to calling and getting the same voice mail and it doesn't matter if you leave a message or not, they won't call you back anyways

Drivers are blind! Almost ran me over on my bike! Caught up with the driver and his excuse was I didn't see you. I had both front and back lights flashing and it was in the day time. Don't expect your package to show up in one piece seeing that they are incompetent drivers.

Driver in Weyburn was 100 feet behind me driving into a school zone. I pulled in behind an elderly woman on a bicycle driving slowly as I was planning to turn into the school parking lot to turn around about 50 feet ahead. He had plenty of time to slow down. The driver honked at me for a solid 10 seconds to the point the elderly woman on the bike was turning around looking at me terrified. Worst part is, he was turning into that same school parking lot I was turning into! The lady on the bike cost him maybe 10 seconds of his time and the jerk had the audacity to honk at her and I, IN AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ZONE!! Absolute jerk. Horrible impatient staff working for this company. Do not support them.

The rates are very reasonably priced, but I have had multiple issues creating orders and not having anyone pickup for a few days, or having packages go missing. It doesn't seem worth the hassle of figuring out where my packages are or waiting over a week for things to ship across Saskatchewan.

You don't even deserve a star. We almost called the police on your guy. this courier guy came to our business and he didn't look at us at the reception desk. No eye contact. We asked what he wanted he said none of your businesss". He didn't say who he was with or who he was here for. He was sketchy. We didn't feel safe. This company is not professional. You should apologize for the Caucasian mans horrible behavior at our office this afternoon. Who does that?"
