I'm a regular customer, trying to share a bad experience... Overall I'm always happy with their food... But tonight, I've placed 2 mobile order, 980 & 981, pickup up around 8:40pm, they miss fries from one of the order. Tender was clearly heated up multiple times, it's sooo hard that my kids were unable to eat it. Chicken pieces were good. Then drinks, for some reason sprite was without sugar, it tasted bad. Unfortunately a horrible experience, wasted $40... U should deny than serve such bad overcooked and hard tenders, pls...

Edit: in response to the owner, no thank you, I will not be back. I made it clear in my review what you needed to do and if you are not refunding the difference for every single person who was upcharged for the days/weeks it was not fixed or noted I am not interested.Edit 2: What I wanted was a sign that states your prices are out of date and that they have increased. Your customers should know what they are paying and not be surprised after the fact. They have incorrect pricing on their menus. When pointed out just said, it's ok we contacted the head office" no sign stating that the prices on the menu are old or outdated. No compensation for price discrepancy

Not hot. Not fresh. The buttermilk bread was okay. But other than that, this place isn’t great or anything. Just regular chicken. That being said, I wouldn’t go out of my way just to get Chicken from Popeyes. They say it’s Halal. But when my husband asked for the Halal Certificate, they said it wasn’t available because the location had just opened. Maybe they have the Certificate now? Not sure. Maybe someone can confirm. But did it taste like it was halal. No. I can tell when the meat is Halal. And this place did not taste Halal. But they say it is. So?!?!

Never been to popeyes prior to this. Wasn't bad, Wasn't great. I just wanted to try it because people hype the food up like crazy but you could blindfold me and I wouldn't notice the difference between popeyes and kfc. Side portions were pretty disappointing, small/shallow fry basket and they only fill it half full. The workers were nice though, I don't have an issue with them.

I have been waiting for Popeyes to open for a long time. I went a few days after their opening date. There were still lots of people in line and the wait was about 30mins. However, orders were well managed. Everything was very organized. Chicken is really good and juicy.

- We were super hungry and we decided to order a meal with this establishment.- I placed an online order: Spicy Deluxe Chicken sandwich Combo, Dasani water, rice & beans, add on saucesI was extremely perplexed to find out while eating that the sandwich lacks cheese and tomato. I reported this to the cashier/ order taker. Strangely I was informed that they:- are out of tomatoes- and that “they never add cheese in any of their sandwiches.”I was taken aback, as to why an establishment would blatantly and boldly market something which they don’t offer, especially when a franchise is expected to follow the ‘recipe’ down to the E.As a customer, I’d have genuinely appreciated if I was informed and asked for an alternative — which didn’t quite happen. In fact, after expressing disappointment — there was no effort to offer an alternative choice of food or a refund. In retrospect, I find it quite interesting when a franchise establishment chooses to bypass adding a cheese/ and-or a tomato? (Read optimize the cost) — now presuming they sell a 1000 units/ day, that’s a significant unethical cost saving in terms of cost of cheese, at the cost of a customers trust)On a different note, my original online order had sauces, however I was told that we don’t offer sauces as a part of the order. After reporting that my order includes it, they quickly Obliged. Stellar Negligence.Taste: 0/5Here’s why:Having tried Popeye’s burgers in their original outlet in New Orleans, Louisiana - I was pretty disappointed with their quality of the filet, fries, and the bun.Notice the bun quality in the marketing - menu pictures and the actual pic. Quite appaling! The bun looks dead. The filet was salty & a piece of oily disgust.Well, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your $ here, as there are far better burgers + fries + meal offerings in & around PoCo.

I had Popeyes when they were in Coquitlam, they closed and many years later this new location opened. Lots of parking available, the line was out the door, the staff helped coordinate everyone so no one had to wait outside which was super nice of him. The line up goes quick which was such a pleasant surprise. The food was ordered, staff super polite, we ate in, the food was absolutely amazing!! We had the half and half (spicy and mild) chicken and that was awesome! Cajun fries were to die for! Mashed potatoes were really good! For as busy as Popeyes were, the inside, it was very relaxed and chill. No one was in a rush. It was a very pleasant experience.I will definitely be going back there, worth the drive from Burnaby for sure! Thank you guys keep up the great work!
