Over the Rainbow Tattoos is by far the BEST tattoo parlour I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to two other parlours (3 diff artists) in S’toon prior to coming here and I can confidently say that the service and care I received at OTR was completely unmatched. I would not recommend anywhere else for tattoos more than this place. The service and care was extremely thorough and every detail was very carefully thought of and considered thru every step of the process (which he walks you thru as it’s happening). He listened to my ideas, spent time customizing and editing the designs I wanted, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and would offer his creative input when needed.My friend and I went in to get matching tats; pitched our ideas, he took every detail into consideration, made sure we were 100% happy with everything before, during, and after. The design we came up with was quite extensive and detailed - I personally prefer small, simple tattoos so he ordered the smallest needle just so I could have my tattoo the exact size I wanted without it bleeding and looking blotchy over time. The tattoo came out exactly the same as the reference photo and stencil which I was very impressed and appreciative of as I’ve been told before by other artists that “that is not possible to do”.I was given proper background info on the type of ink being used (quality, safety, ingredients, etc) which gave me lots of insight on how such factors affect the healing process and skin in the long run. I was given very thorough instructions on aftercare, verbally and on paper.Overall, the BEST experience I’ve ever had while getting a tattoo. He is very personable and easy-going, cares about the quality of his work, takes good care of clients, makes sure you’re 100% satisfied with everything, carefully answers every and any question you might have (which was a huge signifier that he knows what he’s doing and cares about his work).Prices are very, very reasonable and justified by the quality of service and work. Studio is always properly cleaned, tools are properly sanitized, all health and safety regulations are abided by.Client satisfaction is his top priority and it definitely shows. If you are wanting to get tattoos done exactly the way you want for exceptional prices with the highest quality products (ink, needles, stencils, etc), smooth healing processes, proper aftercare, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend OTR tattoos as you will also be supporting small, local independent business owners who truly care about their job, staff, customers, and of course - their work! :)

I started coming here by happenstance and have been very very pleased with the quality of the tattoos.Erin (resident artist) exudes an obvious passion for art, thorough sanitation, and the discipline of tattooing. What's more, his prices are not only non-exorbitant but in fact quite reasonable, in contrast to everything else in the world these days.24-Hour business is a big plus for me, as it opens the whole day for you to book in, walk-ins are easy to come by, and it allows you to have a more private and personal experience than you may have otherwise had.Finally, my favourite portion of OTR, Erin (unlike many I've personally seen/heard about from others) is not only willing but enthusiastic to collaborate, build, and optimise a design with you, contrary to many who just take the very first thing off google and print the stencil.He's full of ideas for cool and kooky additions and is always willing to go the proverbial extra mile. His attention to proper sizing/placement is comforting, as oftentimes I feel many artists rush this portion too.Will unquestionably be coming back!
