This is an unpaid review and recount of my experience at Telus Mic Mac Mall On 20 December 2016.My girlfriend and I were planning on porting our numbers from Bell Aliant. Several factors contributed to this decision, the foremost being terrible customer service throughout my 4 years as a Bell Aliant customer and secondly, the promotion Telus was offering at the time for customers porting their numbers.Upon our arrival at the store, we were immediately and cheerfully greeted by Gina L. whom was already engaged with another customer at the counter. Having already had the inverse customer service experience earlier the same day at Bell Aliant business store in Burnside , I was already able to see a difference in the way Telus operates.Throughout our 45 minute visit to the store, Gina L. went over and above what I would expect from a customer service representative. In addition to ensuring we were both very informed on every detail of the porting process and our new contracts, she was able to answer any technical questions we had about the phone.Despite my girlfriend and I being very thorough and customers waiting behind us, Gina L. was able to patiently ensure our satisfaction whilst giving updates to the customers in line behind us about approximate wait times. This resulted in us not feeling rushed and the succeeding customers to feel acknowledged. As we left the store, we again heard Gina L. greet the next customer with the same welcoming and knowledgeable tone.The only negative part of our entire experience at Telus was that they were unable to provide us with the Google VR glasses, as advertised online as well as inside the store because their supplies had run out and unfortunately would not issue a raincheck.This was explained to me because it was promotional stock and when the store got another order of the same product in, they would not be promotional stock and not eligible for the advertised promotion. I do not feel in any way this was the representative misleading me, but I do feel a different decision could be made at the managerial level.In conclusion,Thank you to Gina L. and her co-workers at Telus Mic Mac who made our experience a very expedient and pleasant one.

Well...... I normally do not leave reviews on Google listings but I have to express myself on how impressed I am with Telus retailer Laura F". This woman not only helped me get into a new S7 she had went the extra mile for me to get what I want . Laura in definite should be a manager for Telus I dont think I've ever had such a pleasant experience with any retail outlet.Big THANK YOU again Laura

I want to express my gratitude to Brittany Cooper at your MicMac location. Although I am not a Telus customer. Through some trial and errors I ended up at Telus trying to figure out some service problems I was having on my own phone. Long story short, she knew almost right away that my number was trying to be stolen and that's why my phone was having troubles with text and calls and different people depending on their phone and service provider. She and the people she called fixed the problem for me.Thank you, very much.

Bought a power bank, was assured it was charged at about 50% capacity out of the box, but didn't even get 2% charge. After 4 hours of charging it in an outlet it lasted 10 min and was drained again. Will have to return it

My father is with Telus. The fact that this operation wants a $50 fee on top of the purchase of a phone to connect it to the network is disgusting. Money grab and the reason why government needs to step in the deal with these monopolys.
