This company DEFRAUDED one of their customer out of 5200 in vouchers. They claimed the vouchers were used accidently. Which is impossible as each of the 3 vouchers had a log in and password that was meant for the original customer. They committed theft over 5000 and have not been charged for fraud or theft. Do not use this company at all costs. Look up the article from CBC. It was until CBC market place did an investigation did the customers money magically appear. I doubt this is the first time nor the last time these crooks have or will do this.

If you guys are interested in wasting your time and money please visit this travel agent. Booked an all round trip to India with Mr. Sandhu where the return date was changed by Air Canada and Mr. Sandhu did not feel the need to contact us to inform us of this change. Causing us to not only miss our flight but also wasted thousands of dollars. They are now refusing to take any responsibility in this situation, and rather than apologizing for the inconvenience he has caused, Mr.Sandhu will spend countless minutes arguing over call but refuses to send an email with a written explanation as to why the miscommunication occurred. Mr.Sandhu claims he has proof of when and how many times Air Canada has emailed us of the changes to our flight details. Which is why I have requested him to send proof of where Air Canada attempted to contact us, however he has failed to provide any proof. Additionally, when I contacted Air Canada directly, they informed me that all changes to our flight were communicated to our travel agent who booked the ticket and Air Canada did not attempt to contact us directly. This isn’t the first time something like this has occurred with All Link Travel, as the company has yet to pay us the full refund amount owed when Air Canada flights were cancelled back in 2020 due to COVID-19.The airline was contacted directly multiple times and each time the airline representative has advised that the travel agent who originally booked the ticket (ALL Link Travel) was informed directly of the changes made to flight details back in March. Between March and May, All Link Travel did not find the need to contact a paying customer to inform us of the change? The airline has verified that we have not been contacted directly, neither by email nor text messages, which we explained to Mr.Sandhu. If we were contacted by the airline informing us of a change why would we purposely miss our flight which we payed for and now pay thousands of dollars to re-book a new flight? Not only did the travel agency failed to inform us of the change in date of our flight but rather Mr.Sandhu has accused us of arguing with the airline causing our ticket to be revoked… No such incident has occurred and it is beyond unprofessional to accuse a customer of such a thing. Mr.Sandhu claims the airline would only revoke a ticket if such an incident occurred, however is he not aware that the airline revokes a ticket if a person is a no show for their scheduled flight? This was bound to happen if we were not informed that our flight was rescheduled for an earlier date as we arrived at the airport on our original flight date. All Link Travel failed to inform us of a change to our flight which was communicated by the airline 2 months in advance… rather Mr.Sandhu was planning on informing us of a date change when we called 72 hours prior to our original departure date? Things such as Covid-19 rules of each airline can easily be accessed online which we confirmed before our flight however, was an airline’s website or google going to show that our scheduled flight was rescheduled for a different date? This information was strictly communicated to the person and agency who booked the ticket, it is assumed that the agency will rely the information to their paying customer. If you do not have time to inform your customer of such major changes to their flight details, might as well deny the customer any service before they pay.

After reading the reviews, one thing is confirmed: Dawinder lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. Rather than attempting to resolve the matter, he finds ways to shift blame onto the customer.I had purchased tickets through him with my family, and we all sat down in his office because he encouraged us to physically be present, so that errors can be avoided. Unsurprisingly, he made a mistake when booking the flight date for my departure. After booking, he printed us the confirmation and asked that I verify my Name and DOB, and sign. Confirming that my personal details were correct, I signed - at no point did he ask that I verify the departure details. Although I understand mistakes happen, its ridiculous to have one family member have a completely different departure date.When confronted with the mistake, he immediately became defensive and began to shift blame on to us. Although I understand I ultimately signed confirming the details, it's ridiculous to have one member of a group booking have a totally different flight date. Had he mentioned please also confirm the flight details" when he said confirm my 'Name and DOB'

Fraud...that's what they are, spending customer refund vouchers instead of refunding them and not even acknowledging that airline sent them a voucher.Please do not take your buisness to these corrupts

Guy name Jain does have any ethics to speak with customers. They didn’t refund me full amount after cancellation, I understand that they are in business and can charge little service fee but if airlines are refunding full amount why not you.I should be never visit this place, whole family use to buy tickets from this place but no more

WARNINGTHESE GUYS ARE CROOKSThey fraudulantly steal money from customers.Air Canada sent a refund for a customer, and these crooks spent it on themselves instead of refunding the customer $5200.They used a private refund number and pin to steal the money, and used it in 3 transactions.THIEVES.

I booked two tickets from All Link over the phone hassle free. Mr. Dawinder Singh handled it very professionally and is always precise in his approach. The first flight was cancelled due to Covid and got the refund as promised by him. Overall, best experience so far.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD. WE BOUGHT 9 TICKETS IN 2020 TO GO TO INDIA. RETURN TICKETS WERE CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19. AIR CANADA ISSUED TRAVEL VOUCHERS BACK IN APRIL 2021. I CALLED DAWINDER AND HE DENIED RECEIVING ANY VOUCHER AND TOLD ME TO APPLY DIRECTLY WITH AIR CANADA. I APPLIED AND CALLED AIR CANADA FOR FOLLOW UP AND THEY TOLD ME THAT VOCHERS FOR AMOUNT OVER $ 5000 HAVE BEEN EMAILED SINCE JUNE 2021 TO ALL LINK TRAVELS. I WENT BACK TO DAWINDER AND HE CALLED HEAD OFFICE AND GUY NAMED BELL ADMITTED THAT THEY HAVE THE VOUCHERS BUT NOT GIVE ME UNLESS I PAY HIM $ 1350 WHICH WAS NEVER DISCUSSED. I CALLED AIR CANADA AND THEY SENT ME THE VOCHERS DIRECTLY TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS. WHEN I CHECKED THE BALANCE THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN USED BY THE HEAD OFFICE. THIS IS THEFT AND BREACH OF TRUST. I AM TAKING THE MATTER TO TICO AND ADVISE EVERYONE IF YOU BOOKED TICKETS THROUGH AIR CANADA AND WERE CANCELLED PLS CHECK WITH YOUR TRAVEL AGENT BECAUSE SOME DISHONEST AGENTS WILL USE YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT INFORM YOU.

Stay far away. Just watched a story on CBC News about how they stole a customers $5000 voucher from Air Canada and then went on to lie about it saying no vouchers existed. Scumbags
