DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!I was standing behind a customer being served. When that transaction was complete, the sales person behind the counter said, I’ll be back. Left me standing there for a good five minutes. When she finally came back, there was no apology. I had called a few hours prior, I wanted to go in and try on a different size of Birkenstocks to exchange some mail order ones I received just yesterday. I wore them around the house for a few hours, but she refused to let me exchange because she said they were worn. Online customer service through chat was less than helpful, this particular location is horrible. Not the first time, but it will be the last.

Great store. Very helpful. No problems with service or selection I have leather Blundstone boots already so bought the vegan ones..awesome

I usually go here for all my shoe buying needs! I never require much assistance and am quite patient so I don’t mind it takes them some time to look for things, it’s always very busy so the shortness of the staff can be understood. Today I tried to return some shoes because I had emailed converse about some thread pulling after owning the shoes for less then 2 weeks. They apologized for their material/workmanship flaw and instructed me to return the shoes to the original store of purchase- regardless the fact they had been worn a handful of times. I brought them into softmoc and the guy was so rude!! Got so upset pretty much insisting I must run marathons in these shoes(I work a lot and they are just one pair of 3 that I wear on a regular basis and I don’t even wear them to work) he would not stop raising his voice and causing a scene. I will not return here while he works there and honestly you guys should fire that guy. I don’t know why you let him represent your store.5 star for shoe selection and prices. Zero stars for customer service.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst location to shop at.I came in to buy a pair of white converse for an event that I had to go to that night. It was supposed to be a quick in and out. I found a girl and asked her for my size. She disappeared for a whole 20 minutes and came back with all black converse. I told her that I needed white ones and she told me they were out of stock. I ended up going with a pair of white vans instead. She disappeared for another 20 minutes to grab my size. I ended up going to another employee for help because I had been in the store for almost an hour. The girl behind the counter refused to help saying that the other girl is already getting the size for me. I continue to walk around the store looking at shoes to kill time while I wait for my shoe. Another customer comes up to me to tell me that she overheard the employees talking and making fun of me while they were all congregating around the cash out counter.I was so hurt by this especially because I handled everything respectfully. The people at this store are very mean, lazy and unwilling to help. I also called to speak with the manager when I got home and he refused to speak to me. 0/10 service. DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping at this location.

One of the worst customer experience I have had here. Wanted to return my shoes but the manager was very rude. He kept on saying that I had wore it outside. I insisted that I did not. Just wore inside my house. Some salt pieces were stuck which is common in home in winters. It would have been so muddy had I wore it outside. The manager's attitude became worse. And I had to leave the store. Things can be conveyed in a polite way also. They are selling way dirtier shoes in store. Will not return ever to the store again.

Usually the store is so busy it's impossible to get any help but I had no problem at all. The shoes I wanted weren't on display but when I described them to the sales rep he knew exactly what I was talking about and brought them right out. Instant sale!! Converse mids, hard as hell to find!

You will find the most comfortable shoes to wear when you visit this place. Good selections of running shoes, Skecher brand (very comfortable), Adidas, Lacoste, Keds, and many others.Kids' shoes are available, too.Prices are pretty good.

Good, well lit, clean store with attractive displays. Staff were very helpful with positive attitudes!

First time going in there but I liked what I saw. There was a shoe sale so that was a bonus! I bought 2 new pairs! The sales associate were helpful and attentive. I plan on going back
