25 minute wait while the customer in front of me second guessed every morsel of food placed on the five sandwiches and salad she ordered for herself and coworkers. Myself and the seven people behind me were not impressed. Phone the order in next time!

Employee was left alone and was extremely busy. She did a great job! But she needed an extra hand. No lettuce or spinach. I feel like it wasn't fair for her to be left alone with no prep done. Manager needs to stock up and have more staff to help

They make a great sub..I'm only problem was another customer was placing a order for the next day what tied up the two workers,but one that got cleared up . remember only two ppl there so it was a bit of a wait..other than that they make a great sub.

So disgusted with Subway Kelligrews. I paid for a chili to go with my footlong only to be told they had none. The person behind me had two. I asked for a refund and the guy on the cash ran in the back. The person making subs says.....oh sorry about that. I asked for my money back and she says.....oh nothing I can do about that. That will be my last visit to this location. I always get much better service at Subway Manuals.

I really like Subway because it's a healthier alternative to greasy chicken, pizza and burgers or fries. I usually pile my sub up with veggies and there are lots of different types of subs to choose from. This Subway is rarely crowded and staff are always friendly. The restaurant is clean and well stocked.

Service could be better! Charging more for items that should have a meal discount. And not putting the right amount of meat on a sub. Food is always fresh.

The staff is always friendly and the toppings are always fresh. I've been to a bunch of different subways in Newfoundland and this one is the best.The only complaint is the soda machine isn't great - water quality or something. But they always have bottled drinks available which is why I give a 5 star rating.

Got to say it's a love place to go and get a sub sandwich. It was my second time there. I got to the one in Holyrood. It a nice clean place and friendly stall. You can go in and set down now.

Talk about the BEST customer service. They staff made you feel welcome and made sure your meal was just the way you wanted it... wish I could give this Subway store 10 stars they were that awesome.
