Absolutely awful and unprofessional staff. The store is in total disarray, garbage strewn about, and generally messy and disorganized. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.We ordered a suit for our wedding and was helped by Ephram, the manager. He was a pleasure to deal with. We placed pants and shirt on hold, while the remainder of the outfit was ordered in and would be ready for pick up in a week. The manager told us they would call us when it arrived due to living 2 hours away. We waited for over a month, with no call back. After attempting to call the store several days in a row with no answer, I finally got through to an employee. He told me it wasn't his job to call and tell me when our items arrived. I explained i live 2 hours away and asked him to check to see if the items we placed on hold were still at the store, to which he told me he didn't have time to be helping me with this" and he will call back another time. It is always nice shopping here because the staff are friendly and professional. The prices are a bit high so I try and balance them out with the occasional sales which are almost always very reasonably priced. Last time I was here I was 38 waist and I could not find a good selection of clothes, after a few leg day sessions I am over 42 so hopefully there would be more selection for me now.

Just wanted to acknowledge Lynn at the Regina B&T store. She was helpful , courteous and guided me to some great looking styles . I was travelling East and decided to stop in , happy I did . Cheers Lynn , my wife loved the jacket and shirt you picked out for me .

Recently purchased a suit for a wedding. The store was a complete mess and the service was poor. The worker I dealt with seemed like he couldn't really care any less and really made it seem like i was just a bother. The suit is alright but definitely will not be shopping there again just on customer service alone.
