Amazing Service! Issue started on a Sunday and they responded promptly to diagnose issue. Returned early Monday morning to troubleshoot and repair a messy sewer blockage. Everyone was professional, courteous, explained everything so we could understand, coordinated with city for us, and just all around the best experience.We will always use them! Customers for life! Took care of our sewer back up on a weekend and they were able to get the city out to assist on their end at the street. An employee came to my home. Discussed the situation and gave a ball park quote. After TWO WEEKS we finally get the owner who said he knew nothing about it. He came to the house and discussed the situation with my other half while I was in the hospital. Sadly the owner had a death in his family after leaving our home.I waited over a week and called, expressed my condolences and understood he wason-site at a job that had to be finished. He said he had a quote for the job and would stop by. That was a month ago. He will not answer any calls, even the last one where I asked that he at least tell us he couldn’t do the job as we were now going in TWO MONTHS with no bathroom, shower.. nothing and I had family coming in two weeks.Nope.. no call back.For someone so highly rated I am disgusted by the utter lack of professionalism and just plain decent courtesy.If I could give a zero.. I would!

Our sewer main clogged the morning after Christmas. They were the first service to call me back, and they had the pipe cleared by noon. I am grateful for their service, and would definitely recommend.

A little late posting this. We had these guys out a few weeks ago to look at why our water wasn't heating properly to our shower. They were able to identify the issue quickly and remedy it. Will absolutely use them again in the future and recommend to others

Had a plumbing issue today and called Rizio and Calandra.Mr. Calandra told me if his techs couldn't make it out as they were on a job he would personally come out.The two techs did make it and were very pleasant and knew what they were doing. I now have water flowing again!I highly recommend this company.This is the second time I've used them and was pleased both times.Good job Rizio and Calandra.
