What a charming and adorable kitchen shop! The staff are extremely friendly and want to help you find what you need and don’t know you need. I love popping into this shop just to browse around and sometimes find something quirky.

Even during a pandemic, the customer service at Vinca's has been AMAZING! On two occasions over the past month I've emailed with requests for products I was looking for and Marie-Claude responded right away with photos of the different options they had available in store, the features of the products, and the pricing. I was able to pay over the phone and then received contactless delivery to my front door the same day!! WOW! It's been a pleasure and I would highly recommend Vinca's Kitchen.

Love this place. Fantastic customer service, the don’t stock junk, and I always get knowledgeable advice without the upsell spin. Small shop so well stocked. Prices are competitive to, so before you think you will get a better deal at the bigger places, check this place out.

Besides having the most amazing collections of all things delightfully kitchen - they had Bar Keepers Friend and saved me! Had burned dry the beautiful steam whistle kettle where we were staying and I scrubbed it silver again! Thanks for everything. I think we visited the store at least 4 times. Gift Central - Christmas is coming!

Vinca's Kitchen is a tremendous resource for everything I need in the kitchen. My most recent purchase was a pair of baking pans at the recommendation of the owner and they are amazing. I have since given two sets to friends as the perfect birthday gift.

The most beautifully organized kitchen store I ever seen in Lower Mainland! If you need oven mitts you will find 100 of them separated by color and style, same thing for cutting boards, spatulas, cookie cutters.. and the list never ends. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

During the quarantine I was desperately looking for a specific bread pan and they had it in stock. The prices were very reasonable and I wound up purchasing another item over the phone. They delivered to me the next day free of charge and I cannot express how much I appreciate their fantastic customer service and kindness during this difficult time.I highly recommend supporting this amazing local business that treats its customers like royalty. What a fabulous place to shop! Not just for kitchenware, but many other items as well. I purchased a beautiful painting from a local artist as well as numerous goodies for myself and gifts for people I care about at Christmas, birthday and any other special time. The staff is knowledgeable and super pleasant. I love this store!

What an absolute gem this wonderful kitchenware & housewares store is! They had a huge selection of high-quality household goods to choose from (which had obviously been stocked with care and consideration), the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the prices were fair.Would highly recommend supporting this lovely local store for housewares, beautiful gifts and more!(Also, the made-in-Canada Meyer Accolade frying pan is amazing!! What a game-changer, wouldn't cook without it now!)
