I had bought a washer and dryer about 3 months ago and had to exchange the dryer 3 times. Finally after the third exchange the company (econoplus) didn’t want to exchange dryers anymore so they sent a technician that didn’t even show up the scheduled date. After calling econoplus again about the absent technician they gave me an earful about how it’s not their fault. After rescheduling, they again missed their scheduled timing and I had to call again, and after giving me the runaround, they finally agreed to get the technician to come but didn’t hold back on the attitude nor the condescending remarks. My advice to those looking for appliances, is to go somewhere else!

I bought fridge and stove from them they promised they would tale it back when i move from here but now they clearly refused if they say so dont believe them. Otherwise their equipments are good.

I ordered a range day 1 thea washer amd dryer on day 2 from respectively Ilham and Catherine. They managed to seamlessly combine different orders, propose items from different locations and ship it all2 days later . Very very clean items and identical to pictures. Exactly the one one the pics , very clean and loved my interaction withe both of them. Delivery team also was very serious and on time.

Can't say enough about this place! They serve you well, ask what you want and aren't pushy (no commissions). A pleasant experience right down to the delivery (but they charge $70). My used fridge and stove worked without a hitch.Recommend it, especially for the 3 month warranty.

I bought a fridge, stove, washer and dryer. 4 months ago. My washer is broke which is on guarantee with them. Its been 3 weeks now we have been told a different date for a replacement. Today was the 3rd day so my boyfriend calls to confirm once again to be sure and the guy says i dont know call the store im on vacation. Seriously worst service i have ever had in my entire life. 6 months guarantee which we have lost 3 weeks off it by waiting for the same guy to say completely different things. Im selling my stuff and buying from somewhere else. I honestly hope no one supports how aweful you have your set up. Worst consumer service by far.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. We shopped around at a few big box stores before going to econo but the only thing we could find in our price range and style was a little too wide for our apartment. We settled for a beautiful stainless steel Hisense fridge with a couple barely noticeable dents on sale" for 940 taxes in. Not bad right? Well the freezer has built in icecube trays and i was curious on how they work so i decided to see if i could find the manual online. Which i found

The prices are super affordable, the appliances and the entire store are clean and well organized, the staff was extremely helpful (we even got advice to check that the issue we were having with our oven was truly our oven and not actually our outlet. They easily could have just sold us the oven without bothering to help us with that).We ended up getting a super nice stainless steel oven for 490$. They're delivering it to our apartment in a few days (deliveries on Wednesdays and Sundays) for a 50$ fee and taking our old broken oven for free. We were told we would get a call tomorrow to be told where we are on the delivery route (so we can still make plans for our Sunday) and that we'll be getting a text 30 minutes before they actually come to deliver our oven!My partner and I will definitely be back!

Very professional and courteous staff. English spoken by one salesperson. Clean and well laid out showroom. Broad selection of used appliances. New available. Prices are not cheap, but the units come with a three-month warranty.

Never never never trust them. In my mind, full of lies. After buying something, after one hour if you want to cancel, you can not. It is not possible or they will cut 50% of the price and refund your money just 50%. After too much negotiation. Also, they are saying there is no tax on open boxes and used on, but they will calculate all the tax.Never trust them especially if you are a student.
