This place is awesome, unlike other places that over charge you, this place does their best to arrange something that works out for you. Plus, their mechanics charge you based on the book hours and nothing more. There are only 2 shops in Vancouver that charge fair. This is one of them. Thanks Cap's team with quick and great services.

I recently moved to Vancouver and needed a replacement for my old car. Issac, David, Sam and Dustin are all amazing. I just got my first electric bike here. Issac helped me kit out the bike and made the whole process very easy.They recommended me exactly what I needed and didn't upsell me. Honestly, it was really was a great experience. Everyone here has great customer service and I cannot stress this point enough, they're locally and family owned and care about you as a customer.I would **highly** recommend them.

Cap's South Shore Cycle
Caps South Shore is the ONLY place we trust to service our DH bike. We were burned (twice) by another bike shop who serviced the bike only to mess it up, and both times Caps fixed it all for us. They're the only place we take our bikes now. Plus the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and the place has a great local vibe. The bikes are well priced too, as is the gear and accessories. They've got great bikes for the little ones as well. Can't recommend Caps South Shore enough.

Rob was super insightful and his approach was super clear especially for someone like me who has very little knowledge of bikes. I came and left with a great bike which I rode straight afterwards. Everyone here is super kind, friendly and I will definitely only come here for my biking needs!

First experience with purchasing a bike from south shore cycles, and it was a great one! They were able to install a few additional components I wanted same day!Now I've been going to Rob (Bike Fitter) for most of 2020 with two bikes... that just did not seem to work with my body measurements. Low and behold Rob set me up with the BEST fitting bike I've ever had!I can't thank Rob and the South Shore Cycle team for the awesome service! looking forward to doing more business with you guys!
