Came here at 7pm was told by the staff the restaurant was closed. My 2 year was very sad he did not get to choose his donut.

A daily place to go to to have a nice coffee or tea. Nice breakfast. Now offering mobile app which does not always work to pay thus you lose your rewards points (or cannot cumulate them). Maybe because the application is too recent and staff not used to it.

The place is only open for drive-thru and there is no indication to that effect at the entrance, so be prepared for locked doors when trying to get in. Why not specify it clearly so as not to waste people's time trying to get in? In addition, I would caution the owners to look at the municipal regulations, as this makes this place a drive-thru only restaurant, which may not be allowed.

Wasn't open for customers even though they were at least 5 employees inside... My 3y old really need to pee and they wouldn't let us in. I called and they said they are short staff". If it had been one employee I would 100% get it

Wasn't open even though it said 24 hours but fine, person inside said they would open at 5am waited until just after 5:30am still not open. I get staff issues so am sure the drink and food are good
