The best place to buy used phones for your kids. They are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable. They also provide warranty on their used products. Win win for everyone and less in the landfill.

They don’t stock any replacement parts in the store so make sure to call first and have them ordered. They’ll tell you 2-3 business days but both orders of mine took 5+ days… They don’t communicate and blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility… prices on the website and quoted in-store are always different then when you go to pay (they’ll charge you more). And it’s frustrating that their phone number is the Toronto head-office so it’s a real hassle to get ahold of the physical store where your property is being repaired.Not a single positive thing to say… go anywhere else.

Wow, I am so blown away by the quality of service at this location! They were the only ones I've found that carried the model parts for my phone. Even though I got there so late in the evening with only an hour to spare until closing, the man dutifully got to work and had my phone ready in no time, sparing me a day of extra driving from out of town and a couple of days of work complications. It was incredible! Good people exist. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. I would definitely recommend their service and come again.

When Asurion was being difficult and after running around the city to get my screen replaced, mobile klinik in both market mall and South center felt my frustration and really ensured that I got the service I needed and always stayed in contact with me to assist! 20/10 for kindness and customer service!!! The ladies and gents are awesome to deal with!

Staff has absolutely no care for customers' time or needs.After My first phone call with them they were supposed to order in a battery for my phone & call me in a few days once it arrived. - I called after 2/3 weeks of not hearing back & no one had placed the order in or is aware of the order. So I asked them to order Again. (Thinking mistakes happen.)When it came to time to do the change, I delt with guy named Prince. He asked me to come back after an hour as they were busy. (understandable.)One hour later I left them with my phone and advised it'll take 1-2 hours but they'll call.Over 2 hours later I return with no phone call and Prince tells me that they read the package wrong it's for a 12 not 12 mini".Yet didn't care to notify me and wasted my day of not getting the only job I wanted done for a month now. ZERO acknowledgements or sincere apologies were made to errors of these incidences over the month. I even confronted that he wasted my time and he did NOT care to solve my problem.I recommend the Chinook center office as they are much more efficient and has common sense of customer care."

Horrible customer service. I called/emailed to ask about screen repair on a Google Pixel 4a as they are listed as an authorized repair location on the Google website.They said that they can repair it but need to order the part, which takes a few days or up to a week. I ask them to go ahead to order, and checked in after a week and then after 2 weeks. Today 2 weeks later, they finally tell me sorry we don't' know when we will have stock as the supplier says it's out. It would have been helpful if they told me that up front so I didn't waste my time for 2 weeks without a phone.I ended up going to Case Mogul also Market Mall, and they fixed it same day for less money than I was quoted, with lifetime guarantee on the replacement part.

Do not sell your old phones and tablets here!! They do not give you cash, instead they provide you with a prepaid credit card. Unfortunately, the prepaid Visa credit card was declined after being used several times. I had to call customer service to get it fixed, but the card kept getting declined multiple times. This happened five times and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service agents as they were unkind and there was background noise like some people were talking during the phone call. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but they never connected me to one. I will never visit this place again! It's not even worth giving one star."

Needed a deep clean of my charging port. 10 minutes of scraping and they had completely resolved it. Wasn't even charged. Fantastic!

Not done any repairs yet, so I cannot comment on their workmanship. I went in to have my Samsung phone looked at for a trade-in. the guy hooked it up to his pc, but couldn't get the 'reading' that he needed?? Anyways, he cleaned it and said the screen is scratched badly and offered 'X' amount. My screen isn't scratched badly. hardly any dust scratches on it. I don't use it much. I've taken 3 pics from different angles of my phone and tried to get the 'sheen' so you can see the screen surface area. It ain't scratched badly, or horribly like he claimed. Maybe they are better at repairs. Maybe this one sales rep isn't the majority, but I ain't impressed so far.
