Christa is professional, knowledgeable, and available. As a first time home buyer, I was completely lost and overwhelmed by the process but Christa eased my fears and had an answer to every single one of my questions. She guided me through the process step by step and continued to clarify any concerns I had, even if I repeated the same questions! She’s patient and advocates for you to get the best deal. I met Christa as she was filling in for another Agent by showing us a property & I can say from the minute we stepped into that house I found Christa to be very professional & informative & downright easy to get to know. While we didn't purchase that property it sure set us on a wonderful journey & after 3 failed attempts with offers we finally clinched a deal. She was relentless in her quest to find us the right home to met our needs without us having to going overboard. Christa truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Upon our initial consult we could tell she knew what she was doing and listened to our wants/needs and answered all our questions. In a quickly changing market we trusted Christa’s expertise to guide us in both the selling of our home and buying new. Within the same week as reaching out to her, her team had taken stunning photos of our home that gained attention right away. She was always willing to respond to any questions we had, big or small, right away (including even months after the sales & closings)! She easily worked around the small windows of time we would be able to squeeze in showings and was always open and honest with her opinions about the houses and fair offers/conditions. We ended up finding the perfect house and securing it with multiple offers on the table with her help. Although we know we will be able to grow and stay in our new home for years to come, Christa will be our first call when we are ready to sell.

When I first attended a viewing with Christa I knew immediately I wanted to work with her moving forward.She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has excellent attention to detail.
