Took my car to get fixed was told 5 days by receptionist. 15 days later still have no car. Tried to say car didn’t had locking nut. Told them on 29th of November to drill the nuts. Last week rang them on 5th to get an update they told me that I haven’t provided them with a locking nut to which I told them I asked you to drill the nuts. They do not even do work on cars. My car was at ok tire. Total chances at work here. If I could give them negative stars I would. Then I was threatened by their manager who have no decency to talk with customers who Infront of all the people pointed showed me his finger and told me to get out.

Contacted for MPI Direct repair claim as they were the only shop accredited to work on my vehicle. Was told parts would be ordered. 3 months later I called, and the parts had not been ordered due to their appraiser no longer being employed there". I then was told I would be called back when they were

Worst body shop in the city I’ve ever experienced. Took my car there because I was told it was a good body shop. They ordered wrong parts for my car.. didn’t even refinish the whole bumper like they were supposed too. And they polished extremely hard and burnt right thru the clear coat on the “repainted bumper”Good way to cover your tracks guys! Right on!

Vehicle was brought in on the 27th of September and was determined to be more expensive than original estimates by autopac. Gentleman tells me they will send in a request for an adjustment and it will take 2-3 weeks for them to get back to me. Month goes by, I call autopac only to find out it had been approved on the 27th of September. On the 22nd of October I’m told they can’t get me in until November 25th. I’m sorry why was I waiting a month and have to follow up on you guys. Very little faith in the place. Now truck is in for repairs finally and won’t be ready for 2-3 weeks. Thanks donvito. Christmas is going to go really smoothly this year. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache

Thank you x million to manager Cory who helped me out in a very tough situation! I had purchased a used Tesla that ended up having some more expensive body damage than I knew. They got the Tesla in very quickly for the repair and the car was all fixed up in 5 business days as promised. I was even provided a rental to use while they had my car. Highly recommend and extremely grateful!!! Thank you again.

Here’s my rant. In May 2022 a tree fell on my BMW. I made a claim with MPI. I brought the car to the best body shop in my town but was told they were booked till august and they highly recommended Don Vito for the job. I had my car looked at but Don Vito and they said it may be a write off. Maybe not. I’d get a call in about a week to let me know. A month passed by and I don’t hear back from them. So I call them to inquire. They tell me they’re waiting on MPI to decide. I call MPI. They tell me that they’re waiting for paperwork from Don Vito. I call Don Vito. They insist they sent it all in. After two months of back and forth phone calls with MPI and Don Vito, Don Vito says, oh our bad. We’ll send them the document tomorrow. After two weeks I call Don Vito again to check if they sent it in and they again say. Oops not yet. We’ll do it tomorrow. Finally I’m called to bring my car in. Throughout the month I’m given multiple dates by when it will be ready. Parts weren’t arriving as they hoped so the date kept getting pushed up. Eventually they say I can pick up my car but there is still parts missing that are coming from Germany. I pick up the car and there’s a lighting error popping up. Turns out they somehow wrecked my FRM module in the car. I call them to ask when the rest of the parts are arriving and they tell me it should only be 30 days. It’s been three months. She says she will check and call me back. After two days and no call from Don Vito, I called again today. She told me she would check if my parts are there and give me a call back. Never called back. I’m frustrated by now.

Last time I'm ever going back to this place, granted I signed a waiver to pull out my personal stuff, but never tought they'd take or somebody would steal" everything in my glove box. Eg: car registration

Overall so so service.Wasting our time by not doing job correctly at first place. It will be better if atleast they provide shuttle or some kind of ride service. We visited 4 time so far for just 1 claim. There provided time lines are not reliable.

I recently had my 2018 BMW X3 front body damage repaired. I was very pleased with the courteous service. When I had questions about the computer codes and whether they were addressed, the body shop manager took the time to locate the report and explain the details. Later I had a follow up question that she researched and answered. When I picked up the car, it was beautifully clean - cleaner than I’ve seen it in a long time. Although it took some time to source all the needed parts, I was overall pleased with the process.
