Nice customer service but way to overpriced for what you get. I was gettig a bouquet of roses and I paid $42 and the bouquet looked worse than the $12 ones from Walmart and those ones have a dozen roses qnd this one only 5. The bouquet wasn't arranged at all, I had to do it at home myself. The 5 roses and a stem of baby breath and 2 green leaves were just thrown into the wrappingpaper and wrapped up. Very dissatisfied with the work they do.

This place has always been very handy, right on main street, and if that isn't convenient enough, they also do delivery. The staff has always been helpful with great suggestions, and patient when deciding gets tricky. Their selection is great, and the quality has always been fantastic.

WOW, Thank you for helping me with my flower order, Its hard to order from one province to another, you guys were great!Especially during a snow storm. You still managed to help me get flowers to a special person on her Big Birthday and they were Exactly what I asked for. Great Job!!! Great Service!!! Great Outcome!!! My friend ordered flowers and gave Credit Card info over the phone thinking they had been purchased she went on with her day and a cple days later gets a message that the flowers werent paid for and they want an interact e transfer as well as giving her a hard time they picked the flowers back up telling her its intentional theft pointing fingers and being blatantly rude over what seems like a simple mistake on their end and should have been handled more professionally with less accusations.

I have been a regular customer in the past when I used to live in Steinbach & they were located in the mall, and Wendy is always so wonderful to deal with, which makes what happened so frustrating and unfortunate.I ordered some flowers online to send to my wife who was in Steinbach for a few days and I have to say the entire experience was not worth the price I paid.I didn’t realize my wife wouldn’t be available at home to receive the delivery so she received a phone call (which she couldn’t answer) and then she was TEXTED twice about it. When she could text them back she asked for a few options including a refund for me or picking them up later. The responses were... well a bit snotty. She was busy and let them know but they were overly insistent on calling. She said she lived in Winnipeg and they suggested she pick them up when she’s in Steinbach next? What?? Her brother had to be sent to grab the flowers because of the unwillingness to compromise. She also wanted to know the cost to pay me back and they flat out said it was “rude to ask for the cost of the gift”. That’s highly none of their business.The flowers were not at all as plentiful as the photo, the vase was not the same, some stems were broken, and they were cut so poorly with different sizes that the greenery is already turning yellow & the flowers wilting, less than 36 hours later.I have issues with how much I ended up paying because 1) they never actually ran the delivery yet I paid a fee and 2) they were so unprofessional it added stress to what was supposed to be a nice gesture. Gifts are not supposed to stress people out and the entire experience was very poor. Will not be a returning customer or recommend their services unless this is rectified.

I Recieved the most beautiful flowers from Heier today! The flowers look amazing, nice and healthy, and the rainbow roses are stunning. This isn't the first time I've gotten flowers from Heier but every time I have, they've been phenomenal, gorgeous and last long with the care instructions that come with! Highly recommend!

I really dislike leaving bad reviews especially for a Small Business. However, I have made an exception here as my experience was beyond unprofessional. I usually order flowers 3-4 times per year here, not often but enough that I am a repeat customer and they should have my contact information on file as I'm on their rewards program. In the past my experiences were always positive. This time was entirely different. I called to order flowers for a birthday on October 1st (Friday around noon), I paid over the phone, everything went smoothly! I basically said put a nice pretty bouquet together for me, whatever you see fit. They did exactly that and had the flowers delivered. On Monday around 5pm they contact me in this text cryptic message demanding payment with e transfer or a credit card number by the end of the day. Honestly, it looked like many of spam messages I've received from rich princes/princesses overseas" as it was exactly that

Ordered a memorial basket arrangement called Peaceful White Lilies and got pink roses and pink and white freesia cut flowers with no container instead. They didn't even try to create the same style of arrangement I ordered. Completely unacceptable.

The ladies at Heier Designs are fabulous and anytime that I have flowers to send, they are my GO-TO! They always do a great job with design, even when I specifically ask them to cater to my non-traditional taste. Great service, pricing and selection. What more could you ask for?!
