Today was probably the most smooth sailing time I had here at this outlet, with my young kids. Thanks to the help of their associate, Christina. Putting stuff away didn’t stop her to multi-task and notice my daughter’s inquisitiveness on the stuff around her. Helpful, polite, attentive and service with a smile— made shopping so much fun. Amazing prices and ... I did compare the Blue jeans quality with other more expensive brands and honestly they are the same or even better but much lower priced .They have Lots of Specials in all their departments.

Love old navy!This location is great. Though, I'd rather shop online. There are always deals and you get their super cash to use during a certain period of the month.Most staff are friendly. There was one lady working at the cashier who has an attitude and seemed like she just wanted to go home. But otherwise, great location with great finds.P.s. Make sure to check out their clearance/marked down section in the back by the change rooms.

The manager there today was extremely rude to me and my toddler. Telling me I don’t understand. What I don’t understand is how on earth is she a manager. She has no customer service whatsoever and isn’t a good example to her staff!!

November 2021 3.5★Located inside Vaughan Mills shopping mall, this clothing store has a large selection of clothes for all ages. Quality is ok. More geared towards the younger crowd, but they do have some casual and comfortable clothing. Some good deals to be had on occasion. Store was pretty clean and organized.

Fawn Mills is a busy place, the store was in better shape than usual, the clothes were well organized and folded and not just a strewn pile. They had a lot of cash registers open so check out moved very quickly even though it was busy. Make sure you bring your membership and check your coupons before checking out.

You have one month period to exchange or return the clothes if size is not correct but you need to maintain Old Navy tag n the bill. You can order online or pick up in shopping.Its huge venue with trial room n wash rooms available, ..People's one of the most favorite shop. We did in shopping n online shopping also returned a few which of not suitable size we required
