Phillbrook Walk-in Clinic

This is the worst walk-in clinic I have ever seen. The receptionist is unacceptably rude, and it seems that regardless of what time you go in, they are done accepting new patients for the day. I would honestly rather this location close so that I don’t waste my time trying to come here. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder, and trying to get a refill of my medication is quite honestly the biggest source of anxiety that I suffer from to date. It’s all thanks to this waste of space they call a walk-in clinic. Save yourself the frustration, and go literally anywhere else. Cousin Vinny’s Pizzaria might actually have better medical service.

Despite reviews we decided to go to this clinic for our 4 months newborn for his vaccinations.Receptionist were very professional,polite and quick. Excellent service by both the doctors, thank you for taking care of us.

I received excellent service from the front desk / doctors too.Went for vaccination for my 4 th month old and everything was wonderful and smooth .

Ive been here twice amazing expierence with the doctor and receptionist, unfortunately Wendy the manager as she likes to yell across the clinic has terrible communication skills and only knows how to communicate by yelling including yelling at a 7 year old. Not only did she yell she decided to tell me how to parent and how she was a single mom of three and did it all on her own unaware why thats relevant other than to pump up her already inflated ego. I was beyond embarassed to be yelled at by an employee in a clinic full of printed signs talking about respect very unfortunate Wendy doesnt think she needs to give any respect. I myself stayed calm and apologized to her receptionist that she has to report to such a vile woman as her boss, probably yells at them too if shes comfortable yelling at children in public I can only imagine how she treats her employees All in all doctors are amazing Wendy the manager needs to learn better how to deal with her stresses and not yell at strangers and their kids. I think Wendy would benefit greatly with some sensitivity training and potiential anger management.

Worst walk in clinic! Me and my husband wen there to seek prescription for birth control, then after filling out the form they told us to pay for $75 and it’s really okay for us since I have no health card. We waited for approximately half an hour for the prescription but ending up with nothing, the receptionist 1 told us to wait 3 hours ohhhhh so my husband ask if is it okay to pick it up tomorrow because he has a work and she said yes! The day after my husband went there from a night shift work, and they did not give the prescription… The receptionist 2 said we must register again!!!! Boooooo!!!! You wasted our time!!!!!

You get there 30 mins after their opening hours and they tell you that they have reach limit. It happened to me several times. If it’s once I understand but several times I don’t get it. Sad

Quick. Visit. Great and friendly. Clean. Helpful. Got my daughter in and out with an antibiotic fast in a weekend. Great close by walk in clinic. Thank you.

Excellent experience- In & Out in 20 minutesI reached at 8.40 AM and they let us in at 8.50 AM- everyone from the reception staff member to the doctor was really professional and fast.If you are a first time visitor, they make you fill in a sign up sheet and you are ready to see the doctor right after.The in-house pharmacy accepts insurance and gets your medicine shortly- so its really an all-in-one setting that’s efficient. I was out the door by 9.20 AM but as I was leaving there were about 8-10 patients waiting, so I’d recommend you going early and giving yourself a bit of time if you are going during the day.

Went to this clinic for a walk in appointment for a B12 injection. Not sure what all the complaints are about as the receptionist/admin is efficient and straight to the point. Don't expect small talk from a busy walk in clinic, it's busier than you know behind that desk. The B12 shot went well. Spent 1h total, entry to exit. I was very impressed with the health pamphlets in the waiting area, the first time I've ever seen an HS infographic as well. The doctors are friendly and efficient.

Love the Doctor's there but reception never answers the phone. I know we are busy but it is every time i call. They change the hours of operation when they want to and do not stick to the hours listed on the website.
