Bought 2 sets of sheets $40. A set. I've bought these before in a different color maybe 3 years ago still going good. The guy had to go to the back to get a set instead of saying sorry we don't have any.

Don't buy here I bought a floor model mattress They said delivery will be in 10 days they call me back saying the truck broke down in Windsor with my mattress on it ( makes no sense at all since I bought a floor model in the london store)Then they Said I will call you back in a few days and give you a new delivery date so I wait 3 more days then they call me back and say we can't deliver for another 2 weeks place is a joke gping in for refund and will buy else where

Quick transaction from start to finish. They brought the mattress and box spring into our home and set it all up. Not a lot of room for negotiation on the price which was disappointing but overall a good experience and we love the bed!

Wayne is the best!!There was an issue with delivery (not his fault), and unfortunately no time slots were available for pick up or delivery for at least a week. He went out of his way to find me the same bed at another location to pick up, and made sure they held it for me!Thank you for all your help! I can't wait to finally get a good night's rest, on our new Simba!!

I purchased a bed from this store and when it was delivered they sent the wrong sheets as it was a half split. I returned to the store and was they were out of stock but an order was pending as of this date no sheets, no up to date phone calls and no response from messages that I have left. The purchase went extremely well and I was treated with great respect however when an oversight occurs it must be corrected ASP looking forward to hearing from you or at least an update on the missing sheets.

I considered many options to purchase a new mattress and box spring, and finally settled on Sleep Country, visiting and purchasing here. My experience started off very well, delivery was a little disorganized, but the follow-up customer service has been the most disappointing. Tried for 3 months to have the brick and mortar in-person purchase price match their own 10% off online price with agents escalating the issue when I would follow-up, but no one ever calling me back to resolve. It is a $75 issue, so I finally had to let it go.

Went into Argyle location this evening hoping to buy my son a queen size box spring iand mattress as this is where I bought two sets a few years ago and had excellent service.Two salesmen were sitting and talking and I was the only customer in the store. Neither said hello or if they could help me they continued to chat. After about 5 minutes I left. Would I buy or recommend this location to anyone. Never it has gone downhill.

Upon my first visit the salesman was busy with another customer and I had to wait a while but it was well worth it. I ended up grabbing the exact mattress I wanted and it was a floor model so I was able to get a great deal, a free mattress protector and a highly discounted bed frame and couple that with a year of interest free payments and you can't go wrong.
