Very disappointed with my last order. I am a returning customer and always order the exact same tea. They are changing the glasses and using cardboard cups, which means you can’t see you tea anymore. And, they added at least twice as much ice as I would normally get, but I could not see it because of the new glass. Very unfortunate. I will try another bubble tea shop.

WARNING!Owner Serena/Wenwen has left numerous independent contractors unpaid and unanswered (and in some cases blocked) up until this date. She closed a past business without any warning, and some contractors have outstanding invoices dating back as far as September 2021 along with significant expense bills paid by contractors and employees on her company’s behalf at her request.Following the struggle as a result of the pandemic and lockdowns, the blatant disregard for people who help her businesses is astonishing. There is a clear pattern of hiring, and entering into agreements with independent contractors for their services and denying payments when invoices for work completed and expenses paid are given to her.

Amazing taste, and amazing customer service!I show up to this shop 10 minutes before closing time (because I misread the closing time when I looked it up online), and I’m welcomed by two smiling and courteous employees, as well as the friendly store owner. The tea tasted amazing! I ordered my go to tea (peach green tea with mango bubbles), and it’s the best I’ve had. I tried many bubble tea shops in the Blainville, Laval, and Mirabel area, ONE BABO was definitely the winner! Highly recommend!!

Better flavor in their tea compared to the ST Martin location. HOWEVER! Do not go during their opening time till afternoon as the worker for that shift are slow and do not know how to mix the drinks! They always missed out of how much they should fill up the cups and always try to add water or ice instead. Obviously this would dilute the drinks! Afternoon workers are better but some might try to slip in more ice in your drink when they too, missed out on fully filling your drinks. Please watch out when they mix your drinks and please! Consider re-training your staff for consistency.

Really disappointed. Went to One babo at ste-therese around 2pm and there was no tapioca and no sago (they close at 8:30pm). The employees don’t even know what’s sago. I had to explain to them. This shop seems to sell jellyand popping boba toppings the most and how can you be a bubble tea shop without tapioca!!!! Do they even make some tapioca or do they really just sell jelly and popping boba? How can a shop run out of tapioca in the middle of the day!?
