Really tired of being made to feel like a criminal while shopping at Shoppers. Security followed me so closely that I was so uncomfortable I had to leave. He knew I was uncomfortable when I stared back at him and then he wouldn’t leave me be. I understand he’s security but I shouldn’t have to feel so anxious and watched and followed that I had to leave because he made me so anxious! He tried to intimidate me by brushing by me and staring and I did absolutely nothing wrong but shop and buy my items and leave. Horrible.

Very friendly cashier working her hardest but lineup was 20 deep and second till was not open. No other employees available.

Had the worst customer care and service today at this pharmacy. Had a client with me that had just had major surgery and needed his pain meds really badly and while being told the meds were to be ready in 30-35 minutes, I took my client home a few blocks away and came back an hour later, they still weren't package up, so had to wait another 30 minutes for the meds. Worst part of this care and service was that a huge nasty pharmacy assistant,(description so you can identify her without me slapping her name here), when I questioned why these meds were still not filled, when there was no one else even waiting for prescriptions, decided it was ok to offensively talk down towards me.Even a 2 year old behaves better then this supposed pharmacy professional..... Maybe HR & management need do better when hiring pharmacy assistants, as some will for sure ruin the customer care and service within your pharmacy and after reading other reviews, I am not surprised that customer care and service is not a huge priority at this place unfortunately.

This review is solely based on the pharmacy. Every. Single. Prescription I have picked up has NOT been ready when they have advised. So I went a full day after and I get the “it’s not ready, can you comeBack in an hour” do not full your prescription here.

I will be moving all of my prescriptions out of this Shoppers pharmacy despite it being closest to home. I have been getting consistently poor service there but my most recent visit was the last drop. Disclaimer: if you like to be humiliated in public, this is a place for you.I've seen bad customer service, but this one takes the prize.

Extremely racist staff, rude and unprofessional. I will be filling a complaint to the Manitoba Human Rights Commission for discrimination.

I have been a loyal Shoppers drug mart customer for as long as I can remember. I used to buy gift cards, for my family, friends and staff for many occassions on a yearly basis.However, for the past 1 and 1/2 years the service at the check out has been deplorable. Long lines with only one check out open has become the norm. People being coerced into using the self checkout! For the record, I am dead set against self checkout, I'm not going to contribute to anyone losing their job.Today the line up was at least a 20 minute wait to check out my 4 items. Every few minutes they would announce that self checkout was open. The person making the announcements would have been much better off, opening another till and serving the customers.I left the store without purchasing my items.We are encouraged to shop locally but why should I be forced to either wait in line for 20 min. or use self checkout? Sad to say, I won't be going back and I won't be purchasing Shoppers gift cards any longer.My heart goes out to the lone check out clerk, I can only imagine what she has to deal with as frustrated customers share their opinions with her. Sad state of affairs to be sure.
