79 Wellington parking - Lot #431

On June 11 I left from the elevator, opened the door and this fell from the top. Got a cut on my ear >.>. I still don't know how I avoided this hitting me right on the head...

This place is misleading people, I paid 30$ from 5.00pm till 10.00pm on Saturday evening which is considered weekend. So be ready to pay more then advertised (15$).

Difficult to find the location in the city

Convenient Parking (but at a premium price)!My wife and I came to downtown Toronto to see friends right at Royal York on a very tight schedule in Oct 2022. Used this garage TWICE first time it was for a weekday night and again next day (Fri morning). Paid $20 and $30 respectively. Yes it was rather expensive for a couple of hours (if we stayed much longer it'd still be same price). I didn't care of the ad posted so long I was guaranteed to have a spot on a tight schedule which met our expectations (from the reviews I knew it'd cost that much)! Here is the thing: if you're on a tight schedule and need parking right in downtown, this parking garage is for you. Otherwise I'd go elsewhere unless you want the comfort and convenience and staying longer to make this worth it.Reason I gave 4 and not 5-star is because it is confusing to navigate your way. It was easier to get out (walk out) but hard to get inside looking for your vehicle despite the signing. They have North and South sections quite apart from each other. We got lost on our first try. On the 2nd however we made a mental observation on the pathway all the way to the elevators and to the mall. From the mall there is NO SIGN that says where this garage is located. Otherwise the parking spots themselves are spacious (I drove my van) and clean.

Expensive parking but prime location if you're working in the area. Entrance is off Wellington which is a one way street going westbound. The parking lot offers an early bird special if you arrive early in the morning. Generally, you can find parking here at all hours of the day even after the morning rush as the lot is huge.

I've only used this garage once, but I had an excellent experience and will be using it again in the future. It is clean, well lit and ventilated, easy to navigate, and has on site staff.If you reserve a spot with PARKING PANDA like I did, when exiting you will have to press the help" button on the payment machine. The attendee will meet you at the gate and verify your Parking Panda confirmation number and manually open the gate so you may leave. I did this around 8pm and cannot comment on service in the middle of the night.After parking

Overall nice & clean parking lot. However the rate posted is not accurate. I stayed saturday 4:30pm to 11 am sunday, I checked the rate from various parking website such as spothero. I wa quoted for $10.75. But as I was leaving at the paystation, i got charged $30. I regreted not purchasing the reservation with $10. But even the rate posted was $10 flat for weekend, I should have been chaged no more than $20. Long story short, if you are parking here maybe make the reservation from website and pay in advance.

Good place for quick parking!
