Had my keys duplicated here and they all worked well! Very friendly service! Support local!

Customer Service was nil. We asked for a quote back in September, gentleman came to site and did a walk around. Told me he would have a quote shortly. After multiple texts messages back and forth requesting an update, the salesman stated one was on the way. Still didn't get one. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I was pleased, keys that were hard to be duplicated were cut here at reasonable prices. Convenient location, decent hours and this place was in the Soo originally on East Street since I was a kid!

I had posted on Facebook that I needed an old tractor moved about 75 km and received a message back from Scotty at Greenwoods, they apparently do some equpment moving and contracting work as well as the locksmith work. A couple days later the tractor was moved. Reasonable rates and great staff. Thanks!

Prompt and professional service. I had them rekey two locks in my home, and I thought they went above and beyond what I had anticipated in a locksmith. Would definitely consider using their services again.

Dropped off locks to my new house 2 weeks ago. They said “we’ll have them done for you by tomorrow”The next day they weren’t done, apparently someone had an ear ache. A week later they still weren’t done, was told they are very busy. Called every other day to see what was going on with little communication on their end. Flash forward another week, pick up the locks and they aren’t even functional.Don’t lie say “we’ll have them done tomorrow” and do nothing, and still charge money.They don’t do a “first come, first serve” type of job? So my locks just got pushed to the wayside?Would have just paid to get new locks from the start if I knew it’d be this much of a headache.Would not recommend. Don’t waste your time and effort.

Avoid at all costs. Went here to have about 12 padlocks keyed the same. Broke about half my locks! Said they couldn't get a the other ones to work becausethey were made wrong. Which I then fixed in seconds. And then had 3 in my trailor and had the insides fell out while going down the highway. Because the retainer screws wernt in correctly. They also kept my old cores that were in the lock. And gave me terrible service by the rude lady behind the desk.

Very efficient and friendly. Called on a Friday before the long weekend. Came by, did two locks, and was done, in under 20 minutes. He made an extra pair of keys on site from his van (his office), on site. Would recommend again.

Terrible customer service. I own a 2006 Suzuki kingquad, and my father misplaced they key. Never had a spare.(purchased used in 2007). Both dealerships Bud Robinson's & Great Lakes Honda referred me to go here, because that's where they send customers with lost keys or whatever the case may be. And everyone seems pleased. But not me. I wanted a week and a half for them to try to figure it out. They didn't even cut the blank key I provided from them. (purchased blank key from Royal distributing)NOT HAPPY
