Aaron was super responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. My tenants had an issue with the plumbing in the shower and toilet. Aaron set up all the scheduling and kept me in the loop the whole time. He also took the initiative to let my condo management know specifically the work that was done. My tenants were happy with the work done, and I could rest easy knowing Aaron was on top of everything.

I've called Priority Plumbing on multiple occasions, and have always been impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service.This time was no exception. Aaron, did a wonderful job problem solving and fixing a tricky tank lever placement, that had been causing the need to hold down the flush lever.Aaron, talked through all options for the fix before getting my okay, and couldn't be happier with the result. He was very pleasant and genuinely cared for leaving behind a happy customer.I'd definitely recommend Priority Plumbing.

Brian and Jonathan were outstanding. They came to replace a toilet and ending up also replacing a kitchen faucet (all in the same day). They were friendly, engaging, knowledgable and highly competent. I would definitely recommend their services.

Priority Plumbing is a great business. They are responsive and friendly. This is the second time we've had them out to fix different issues for us and they have done a stellar professional job each time. The price is competitive with others in the area and I trust their work.

I found Priority Plumbing to be responsive and kept me up to date on when to expect the plumber to be arriving. Aaron was very professional, courteous, he repaired two bathroom sink faucet leaks, two tub faucets and shower leak for us. He also did a check to see all things/shut off taps/valves worked for safety floods. Aaron took the time to get all the repairs done properly. Finally, we got everything repaired - Thank you! :) 100% satisfied, I highly recommend them.

Great experience ! The service was prompt and efficient, they explained what was wrong and gave me advice on prevention for the future. The head office communicated timing expectations and provided lots of updates as to when we could expect the service. Our plumber was very kind and friendly ! Thank you again :)

We’ve used Priority Plumbing twice in the past year and cannot recommend them enough. Our first plumber was Adam and our second was Andrew. Both gentlemen were absolutely wonderful. So professional, on time, and thorough with their work. We have a baby at home and both of them were so courteous while she was napping (tiptoeing down the stairs by her room). They left the bathrooms impeccably tidy when they left and were upfront and honest about the scope of the work. It was also nice to know such an exact arrival time as opposed to waiting around all morning or afternoon for someone to arrive. Amanda does a great job communicating when the workmen will be arriving. We will never use another plumbing company.

Team was quick to respond to a leaky tub faucet and were amazing communicators throughout the entire process. Called me to let me know when a tech was coming, and when the techs arrived they were very talkative and well-versed in their craft. They had the part we needed right on-hand and our issue was fixed within 20 minutes. Super professional throughout, would highly recommend this team!

Upselling highway robbery. Asked them to come in to replace kitchen faucet head. Plumber said part was impossible to find, offered to install entirely new faucet he had in his van (available for a few 100 bucks at Home Depot) For $1700!! Also looked at main water valve for home and said it was leaking because there was one drop of water on it, $700 repair. All absolute nonsense. After some searching we found a replacement faucet head for $70 and ordered it ourselves, it screws on in two seconds. The main water valve isn’t leaking, the drop of water was condensation, a real leak would’ve shown up on the bone dry furnace room floor. Incredible. Tried to take us to the cleaners for more than $2500.Edit: the owner called us in response to this review, was very cordial and professional, concerned about our experience and took down lots of details to look into it. He offered a refund of the small fee we paid to get the quotes, but I refused, isn’t about that small amount of money. I’m happy about the follow up, but probably still wouldn’t go back here.

I recently hired priority plumbing to address some shower and toilet repairs. I had am amazing experience from start to finish. Julia the receptionist who handled my appointment was extremely helpful and accommodating. She explained to me the details of the appointment very clearly and helped me book a secondary visit. Ouweis Was the technician that came to fix my plumbing issues and he was extremely kind and professional. He took the time to assess not only the issues I was facing but all of the plumbing in my unit. He was genuine and honest and took the time to explain to me why and how each plumbing issue happens. He was efficient, respectful of my property and arrived on time. It was a really pleasant experience and I would recommend this company to anyone.
