I called Brandon to enquire about a refuse bin. He took me through all the details, costs, and recommended the bin that he thought was best for me. The Terms and Conditions email was signed off soon later and the bin was on my yard by the next morning. When I informed Brandon that the job was finished early, the bin was picked up the next day and the agreed amount was invoiced. Overall, it was a very easy and positive experience. I'd recommend Brandon and BW Waste and Recycling.

I have to say I highly recommend BW Waste, I needed a bin at an affordable price and as quick as possible I was able to stay under my budget and get a bin within a couple hours and out the same day. The customer service between the office to the driver was amazing.

After straightening out a small communication glitch, Aaron was able to still provide a bin for our Community Clean-up event. The bin delivery person was 30 minutes late but all in all, we were very glad to have Barewire on site. The bin was full of scrap metal.

I've used many bin companies in the past but I must say Bw Waste was amazing to work with! Christina takes the time to fully understand your project and your needs and takes care of you. They are incredibly affordable and the service was swift and professional. Great work guys! I will ONLY use Bw Waste in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing bin service!

DOESN'T STICK TO HIS WORD OR SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS.Booked an appointment with Brandon at 2pm on Monday. We came from out of town so we called in the morning to make sure it was still good to go and he said yes. Then a little after 2 we called him as he was late and that's when he told us he was already at home and wasn't leaving again. Definitely don't suggest using him wjen he can show up when he says he will.

Great service the bin was dropped off in the afternoon as planned. Good value for money for an 8 yard bin. And 10 day rental which gives you lots of time to fill the bin. Would definitely use BW again.
