I always end up remembering why I don't go to Hudson's Bay anymore. Every time, I see a price over a rack that seems interesting for the product I see right under it, and then I go look closer and it's always something else under there, and always pricier. They have a lot of interesting articles, but my visit is usually not worth it. Will probably eventually stop trying altogether.

Usually I can't buy anything from the store, because there are expensive, but I have good experiences from buying online. They have good offers in their website.

This is probably one of the most dated HBC in their store list. It looks pretty run down, reminiscent of Sears before they closed all their stores. The inventory was pretty good over all and selection was ok.

The place is a mess / disorganized. I think the maintenance people may be high oompaloompas that only come out when no one is nearby. It's strangely complicated finding where to pay (easier to accidentally walk out of the store). That being said it's conveniently placed for me and has often bailed me out. ... very mixed fillings about this franchise.

Hudson Bay has two few of items for the amount of space they take up. As a result it just seems like a blah store and their prices are too expensive in some cases. As an example the arachino was way out of price

Couldn't return my item purchased online even if I brought all needed documents as per online policy. At the shop, they said they absolutely needed the receipt to get the Transaction number. I later found out this number was on the return slip that I showed them. They are absolutely clueless about their online return policy...

I bought a Tissot watch as shift. It was lightly used for 1,5 years. When I say lightly I mean no diving no hitting it or anything like that. All of a sudden, it just stopped working and we can see that parts inside it become rusted. The Hudson Bay refuses to replace it saying the only thing can be done is repair. However, no one is concerned that a watch “made in Switzerland “ didn’t last for 2 years. Extremely dissatisfied with this service - company sells a watch of such poor quality for 900 dollars - I have way cheaper brands that lasted for several years. Don’t recommend this watch and don’t recommend buying it from Hudson’s Bay due to poor client support
