Pros: Good PriceCons: They make you around circles on everything. First, I wasn't offered Visa Prepaid Gift card, that was on offer. Later the offer was changed to $50 store credit and $100 Visa prepaid card. After that, I found out the Visa prepaid card doesn't work for some weird reason. And the customer service couldn't resolve it!!! I had to go back to the store again.

Though I ended up not getting any mobile connections from this in-mall kiosk, Mr. Clement Lepage was extremely helpful and patient in explaining us the tariffs. I hope their phone service provisions are as good as their customer service.

J'ai été excessivement mal servi à ce kiosque Virgin. Si vous voulez un téléphone Virgin, allez ailleurs, il y a plein d'autres boutiques Virgin dans les environs!

The Verizon stores in Montreal are so much bigger and nicer then the ones in LA when I lived there. The help is on the ball, always seeing what questions they can answer and even if there is a better deal for me on my current set up.

very disappointed with their customer service in Virgin Mobile store at Eaton center . Specially that Asian guy who told me, take it or leave it when I only asked why the price was more expensive yesterday than today... oMG, Obviously, he didn't want to be there... So keep that job or let the place to someone else who cares to be a nice person!!!
