It was my first time getting a storage unit and Melissa went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our unit selection and size. Her helpful hint list really opened my eyes on what can and can't be stored and I am very grateful for her assistance with everything!!! A++ for Melissa's customer service skills and knowledge!!!

I received exceptional service from the minute I walked in! Also, as my needs quickly changed during our packing and moving, Melissa made preparations for additional units for me in case I needed them during the week-end, and this was in the afternoon of her last day before vacation. She left notes for her replacement and all went smooth, so thanks Melissa for making things great even when you're not there!

Rented storage unit on internet low promo price .. great deal. Melissa, the manager, honored ad as advertised although was obvious error. She was so helpful in accommodating last minute request for earlier access to unit. Great customer service, Melissa. Thanks!Easy access to convenient and secure location. Definitely recommend.
