I've saved Mittz Kitchen in my Place to go list for quite long time since I've heard a lot of good reviews. Finally I decided to visit and it was so WORTH IT. My last visits were to both O'Bryan places and the quite bad experiences from both the places made me feel like I should go for my comfort food rather than trying anymore new restaurants.So I was on the way to a comfortable restaurant and suddenly decided to take a deviation to Mitrz Kitchen.I'm personally thanking Kiara and other staffs for the wonderful evening they gave us. You all were so understanding and always kept an eye on our requirements and your attention to details were really amazing.It was super crowded and Kiara was more than happy to accommodate us and helped us throughout. I left a little on the Pulled Chicken Poutine plate and the way she forced us to finish that little was really sweet of her. We did finish it too.Now the food was so amazing too. Pulled Chicken Poutine was such an amazing food that put an end to my cravings for a comfort food. Crispy fries with juicy chicken and thick gravy was super good. Chicken tacos were exciting and the super tangy Mangoes in it gave an extra kick to it. NY Steak in sandwich was cooked exactly how I wanted it to be. It was super juicy and super tender with exact fat and flavors. Pulled chicken sandwich actually reminded me of Shawarma and I always used to love shawarma. We could not finish the sandwich because of the high quantity so out next morning break fast became sorted. Strawbasil lemonade was too good and the crushed raspberry in it was really interesting. It was the first time I tried Harper's trail riesling and I actuallu liked it. The tangy raisin taste was not overwhelming but was perfect for the pallet especially with the Chicken Poutine.Thank you again Mittz Kitchen team for an amazing dinner and big thanks to the helping hands in the front end especially Kiara.Finally, I'm pretty sure that you guys did not buy that Mango for Tacos from any stores since it was super tangy and fresh. Please tell me from where you're purchasing those amazing Mangoes.Thanks.

Burgers were really good. I still think Red Beard's might be slightly better, but I'm not complaining. This is still one of the best in town. Happy hour pints were a nice surprise.

I’m coming here for years now, when I’m Kamloops on business or pleasure. A great place for lunch and to hang out for an hour when not in a rush. Food is great, especially some of the more non-mainstream menu items. I highly recommend the roasted Brussels sprouts and the Tuna Poke Bowl.

Went here for dinner for the first time recently and was really pleased with the experience. The food was delicious, the staff were personable, and the interior was cozy and well designed. If you're going on a weekend, reservations are recommended - my girlfriend and I had to wait about 30 minutes for a table.I got a chance to try their chef's club, their chicken and waffles, and their kale Caesar salad. Both chicken dishes (at least at dinner) come with a delicious honey Dijon sauce that pairs exceptionally well with their fried chicken.Would definitely come back - great spot!

Mittz is always our go-to stop when we’re in town! We’ve never had a bad experience there and the food is always phenomenal. Stopped in for lunch yesterday and the Sablefish and Chefs Club were absolutely to die for. Highly recommend!

Three tacos were delicious. The poke plate however lacked flavour and the ingredients were quite plain. I heard good things about the restaurant, so I'll have to go back and try something else.

I ordered the New York peppercorn steak sandwich and it was cooked to perfection. The entire meal was savoury and my server (Emily) was super friendly and professional. She told me it was her second day at the job but it seemed like she worked there for years. Great place and service!

I recently visited Mittz Kitchen for a weekday lunch for my mother's birthday and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the shrimp tacos, haddock burger, and Mittz burger. Each dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The variety of options on the menu catered to different tastes, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations.Our server, Tina, provided exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Her warm demeanor added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.Speaking of the atmosphere, Mittz Kitchen struck the perfect balance between cozy and lively. Despite it being a quiet weekday lunch, the restaurant quickly filled up, creating a vibrant and enjoyable ambiance. I went to Mittz kitchen with a group for supper. The restaurant was clean and the decor is modern and inviting. The night we went it was very busy. It seemed like there was not quite enough wait staff on hand and too few people working in the kitchen to keep up. Our server was pleasant enough, but it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive.The food was tasty and the portion sizes were generous. I would go back here again, but I might opt for a less busy time.

Good menu options. Very good food and service on our first visit on a late Friday night. No complaints from my family. Would definitely go back the next time I'm in town.
