We unexpectedly had our old hot water tank burst and needed a new one. After calling multiple plumbing companies I was greated by the nicest person ever, Dawn. She was able to get us scheduled in for the next day. The techs came and went above and beyond to install the new hot water tank. We had the tiniest space to take out and fit the knew one in and not one complaint from any of them. I think the owner even came to help out.. It's hard to find good, reliable and trustworthy companies out there and MeadowRidge absolutely is. I would most definitely use them again.

Very quick friendly service.We had a water heater die and leak on us in the morning last week, called the reception and she was polite and helpful right away. Scheduled a technician to come out and take a look within about an hour or so. They confirmed a replacement was in need and quoted the job for me. After about 2 more hours they had gone to pickup a new hot water tank, fully replaced it and took the old one out for disposal, no fuss and job well done. Everyone was good about answering questions and was very helpful.I'd recommend to anyone in need of service.

I have used them before for a Hot Water tank replacement. This time it was a sump pump that was giving me grief. They were awesome - both office staff and plumbers! Very friendly and knowledgeable and got it running again quickly. Also explained the option of installing a high water alarm on the system. I will be going forward with that recommendation. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so!

Great company and very responsive to phone messages. Dwayne and Keith were here before scheduled time and were quick and professional. By buying my own tank and having Meadow Ridge install I saved $600 from a quoted price from another company. I would recommend this Maple Ridge business to anyone needing plumbing service.

Have had trouble with our Pfizer taps and had already replaced them once. They seem to slow down on the water pressure all the time. Replaced the filters and had to wait almost two weeks for parts. They came out to take a look at the problem and said the taps were no good and replaced them. They had some taps in stock so the fellow went back and got them and installed them for us. The service was great. They installed Delta and said we should have no more problems. Now we have great water pressure again. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Dawn was great to deal with and got us service even faster than what she said.

Keith was here right on time, assessed the job, got the ball rolling and had the rather tricky work completed quickly and efficiently. Professional, clean, quick, and personable. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable invoice considering the time spent and work done. Meadow Ridge Plumbing & Gas will be my first call whenever a plumbing issue arises. Thank you!

Richard came to my business and recommended I decommission a sink that somehow did not pass Maple Ridge Inspection. I did exactly that and appreciate the advice that was of no benefit to him, except this review and my loyalty. They will be my first call next time.

After receiving poor/shady service from a big name plumbing company, I called Meadow Ridge Plumbing and I'm so glad I did! They were honest and professional, and they saved me nearly $1000 that the other company was planning to charge me for the same service. Staff are kind, friendly, and responsive. I highly recommend Meadow Ridge plumbing. Call them first!

I needed two toilets installed. Dawn at Meadow Ridge Plumbing & Gas answered right away when I called and was able to give me an accurate estimate for both time and cost of the job. She said it would take 90 to 120 minutes for one man. Two men arrived right on time and completed the job in exactly one hour. They were courteous, fast, and professional, and made adjustments to my specifications. They took away the old toilets for $15 each. MRP&G was honest, fair, on time, professional and reliable. Will definitely be using them again.

We called richard in for some plumbing work in the house. Replace diverters, change 2 hose bibs outside and to recaulk the kitchen sink. Most of the work was done. We never got one hose bib replaced and the tiles removed to replace the diverter was never repaired..we were told that he couldnt find the hose bib. For the second hose bib replacement Richard said he would come back to replace but never did we hear back from him. We paid for all the agreed service but we never received the full service. To this day we still have hole in the ceiling where the second hose bib is suppose to be fixed and we have tiles not repaired. We were willing to pay for all services to have everything back to normal but we were ignored. Richard asked his secretary friend to get payment but never came back to finish the work after he received the payment. I would think twice before calling these guys to do work. If they gave us good service we would have called them back to do a shower renovation but they have lost our trust in workmanship.
