Rafal and his team at Francis designed my wedding band and engagement ring from my Husbands scribble sketch. It is a gorgeous ring and I cannot imagine any other ring. Their attention to detail is phenomenal and the customer service is amazing. When I went in to design my husbands wedding band, I originally came in with a design in my head and when I discussed my design ideas to Rafal, he (thankfully) convinced me out of the original design because it was impractical and busy. Together, Rafal helped me design a new ring and I am so much happier with the design! I cannot imagine any other design and my Husband is in love with his ring. Highly recommend Francis Jewellers. They provide phenomenal service and can take your ideas and turn it into reality. Very knowledgable and kind people!

My husband proposed in Italy with a “place holder” from Francis Jewellers. After the excitment he told me he had arranged to go design a custom ring when we arrived back home. I had always wanted to create my own ring, you wear it everyday, I wanted to totally LOVE it. We went to the studio to choose our stone and share my ideas for my dream ring and with the help and expertise of Raphael, he crafted a timeless engagement ring that was absolute perfection. Since then, we have worked with Raphael on other custom pieces including our wedding bands, diamond earrings and a money clip. We have total trust in their integrity and eye for beauty. Hugely disappointed with this jeweler. My partner had my engagement ring done custom here using a ring from my grandma. He took a photo of the ring I wanted. It took them way longer than he was told. It came back not the way we wanted. We asked them to fix it and it cost us extra to fix their mistake when we expressed initially what we wanted. Then my wedding band to fit it was made in a totally different size and so they did not fit together as they should have. It cost us more to change that mistake too. Definitely do not recommend and will not go back to them.

I brought my wedding band and engagement ring to the Francis Jewellers team for soldering. I received excellent advice on fitting the bands together, and the finished product is absolutely stunning. They took incredible care of the delicate opals in my engagement ring and the work was complete in a very quick turn around. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely bring them future work! Thanks again!

I had Emma help me design a special bracelet made with precious sentimental pieces of old jewelry that were no longer wearable. We worked together to come up with the exact piece that my husband and i both wanted. It is stunning. I'm so impressed with the talent of the designer and the jeweller. Incredibly helpful staff, impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail.After having an awful 1 year long experience with Paul Mara where they couldn’t get my ring repair correct and left me with an engagement ring that was not right after five remakes (even though they built my ring initially), I took my ring to Francis. Within 3 days I had my ring back, and it is perfect- exactly what their competitor failed to execute. I cannot thank this team enough, as I never thought I’d have my ring back to its original design again ❤️
