Pool is way too small for the amount of campers on the property, no chairs, animation over hyped, foam party was messy . Camp sites are way too close to the others, no privacy at all. On the plus side….staff very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t visit again. Spend some money and visit Real Havana, nothing compares

Fantastic campground! Spent the weekend there for a country music festival and had a blast! Staff was super super friendly, the decor was awesome, and my teens didnt want to leave! I would give 5 stars, however, I knocked off one due to the fact that we booked a corner lot, however, once arriving, we noticed the map is not updated. So we thought we would have a field beside and behind, and instead, we were between 2 sites and the back of us they were excavating. Which is awesome for the future, but disappointed in the location we had. Now that we have been there, we know where we would prefer to have our campsite and will for sure return :)

Great place to camp with a Cuban flavour. Lots of activities, similar to those you would see at a resort in the south. The staff is mostly from Mexico and the Caribbean so this adds to the atmosphere. Make sure you book well in advance.

I’m only giving 4 stars which is very rare but It’s not deserving the 5 stars. We weren’t lucky during our stay… Low staff was the reason they were saying for lack of hygiene mesures… that the souvenir place was not opened during our whole stay… pool was dirty.. a ring of scum just above water which rubs off on you which is gross.. again they say low staff… the only shop/dépanneur/restaurant was opened but do not forget anything because you won’t find much. They claim to be the Cuban resort of Quebec but apart from the pool area, not enough cuban look and feel.. especially when you pass the front gates… you can judge for yourselves, they built theses ready-camp chalets that don’t make you feel like your in Cuba at all.. I guess it’s still in construction.. they should renovate during off season, not during peak. They start plowing with cranes and big machinery at around 7am, so if you think of sleeping in, good luck!Same activities around the pool for the past 2-3 years, again blamed on covid..No covid mesures what so ever… they tell us.. we only wear masks when we are underwater…The pros: The lots are very big, alot of room for the kids to play. They also rent electric trikes that are real fun to drive around for 60$/day. Afternoon for 40$. The staff around the pool are very energetic and fun to talk with. This is just my opinion, this is what Google reviews are used for. I highly invite to live the Havana Camping experience for yourselves because it is unique and still fun!

Great atmosphere, they make you feel like your on a resort. Daily animated concerts, games etc. They have an amplitheatre with fill stage, we saw a finalist from the voice perform it was great. Pool with swim up bar, arcade with imported snacks and drinks and a train that plays music that gets you around to see the sites. Loved it

Smells like sewers, artificial lake where the dirty in beach is was a thick, greenish color, frog and leaches infested, thus unusable..can't blame the fact they do not put life guards.. there is a bistro like area, visibly abandoned but could have been used for a lunch area by the beach, just like in Cuba...this place is simply badly devided and has a poor management, for example: you have tents where long trailer homes or winibago's should be..20 foot, run down rental trailers (C1 is the one we had) parked sideways 10 feet away from the next rental, where trailer tents should be....in other words, bad management..The pool area is where it all happens...Cuban animators are funny and have very well adapted to the people who go. Pool could use a water heater if the place dates to compare in any way to a Cuban resort..and a little scrub to remove the green from the stairs and around the bar in the pool. The kids play center place smells bad (mold) and it is dirty. The place has a lot of potential IF properly managed (placing of trailers etc...), A big clean up everywhere and prices really HAS to be lowered by A LOT as a top scale camping ground is less expensive then this run down camping ground. I do NOT recommend this place

Condos are beautiful and clean but not to perfection. No hand or any soap provided in bathrooms. The reception doesn't have the schedule of activities. The Wi-Fi does not work in condos if you wish to work or watch movies on a rainy day plan ahead. They also refuse to share the Wi-Fi password. Claim they must put it in. TV only has 3 channels all French.2 out of 3 restaurants were closed for renovations. Only the cantina was open with very limited amount of choices. Community center/Disco was closed and despite signs for a farm there was none. They do not share any of this information when reservation is being made. Rather dull in terms of quantity of events and animation now that may be due to the fact that we stayed on weekdays. Beach is a small lake not inviting at all. Reception Staff seems a bit clueless and not so eager to help. Cantina staff exceptionally entersnice. Repairman man enters condo without mask. Will not recommended or go back.

The experience was so-so. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much activity during the long weekend - maybe better during the summer season - wasn’t too crazy about the CoolBox since it wasn’t super clean. We rented for 6 people - the sofa was for 1 person but they said it’s big enough for 2 (if you have very small children) - make sure you confirm when renting your CoolBox

Pool is nice but it's expensive for the amount of activities to do! Much better placer for cheaper.
