Baskets are only available here by request, not at the door when you come in where they should be. You can walk all the way through the store to get one, passing everything you will probably now have to go back for, or lug a giant cart around.There is a reason baskets are an option at every other grocery store. Ill be shopping there in future! What a joke this place is lol

This place is a real superstore and well stocked.During the power outage on Victoria Weekend 2022 this was the only place in North Whitby opened for business, all other stores were closed. Not sure if they have invested in standby generators, but still the fact they were open was amazing and very helpful.

It was clean and well lighted. To get to where I was going I had to walk past Starbucks. They looked at me like I was going to order but I wasn't. Anyway it was pretty easy to find what I wanted. They had several cashiers on but I'd rather go to a self check-out. Was a good experience

Was just there this morning with my wife and my daughter, every time we use the self-service cash registers, it always stops and creates an error, what's worse is when you ask the associate for help, they make it sound like your the one creating the problem. I mean we never had any issues with Walmart's self-service registers. And if a customer with enough education can't figure it out, then maybe it's not your customers' fault. And I hope you remind your associates that by using the self-service option, the customers are doing the job that your associates should be doing. So be a little bit more considerate and respectful. Their response should be Oh I'm sorry that our machines are crappier compared to Walmart's." and not "You should be doing this and not that

The lineups are horrendous. Great place to pick up a few items and go through self checkout, if you want to do a full cart budget an hour as there are only 2 tills open.

Real Canadian Superstore Taunton Road
Very large, and decent grocery store. Real Canadian Superstores have arguably the greatest selection of products compared to any other grocer in the Durham Region. I appreciate that they offer price matching, but the quality of produce has degraded over the years. Perhaps when you’re matching No-Frills prices, you’re going to find No-Frills quality. (Observation, not a complaint). Superstore is our default visit if we want to get the greatest value and selection from a single stop.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable they don't point to an aisle when asked where something is but escort you to the product. Very professional. Cashier's are awesome

The lady who makes salads was very rude, visited on July 8th around 10 AM , she just wanted to get rid of old stuff and kept talking to herself when I asked her for fresh salads !! What a joke this place is, she really needs some training! Very disrespectful .

i went here randomly one day when i was bored and boy oh boy was i pleasantlysurprised! It’s so darn big and all i ain’t ever seen nothing quite like it! Much more space then no frills got that’s for sure! I also i ain’t never seen nothing expired there so that’s a bonus! Them canadian grocery stores keep up the good work!
