SmileTown Dentistry

Really kind and patient with myself and my child with autism. My son was scared when going to other dental offices but not with Smile Town! It went so well I was shocked. They took good care of us and I will continue to always go to them because of how good they are. I recommend anyone with a child to go there. I would go there myself if I could! They make going to the dentist fun.

I am so impressed with the staff who are very welcoming and friendly .my daughter meika was scared of going to a dentist but once she met her Dentist dr. Karim she is now wanting to go back he is very kind and friendly and is also making sure she was comfortable. He is very good at his job and makes sure we know everything that is happening. Very impressed on how fast the staff got me in to see him. Thank you for this great experience .

My two kids were patients at the Langley office. My 5 year old needed 5/6 fillings and the only option they gave us was to give her general anesthetics and charge us $1500 through a private clinic to put her down. I kept telling them i don't have the money and asked them to go ahead with doing the work without putting my daughter down. They did not. Their office called me and offered 3 installment payments which i still can not afford. My daughter's teeth got worst and worst as i did not have the money to pay and they wouldn't do the work. She got severe pain and i called to book her in and they booked us for the next day instead of attending to her right away. I had no choice but to call my own dentist to see her as emergency basis. My dentist said she needs pediatric equipment/work and there are other options other than general anesthetic ie: sedation drink, gas. My dentist wrote a referral, stating that my daughter needs emergency care" on the referral sheet that he sent over (I got a copy of the referral)and called to book her again with Smiletown Langley for a time to do the work the following day and Smiletown told him they can't take my daughter as they are booked. My dentist had to book her with another dentist we have never seen. That is unacceptable and pathetic! Is this how you take care of your patients???? Please don’t put a response comment on my review saying “customer care is very important to us” and asking me to call back to further discuss.So if people don't have money to pay for general anesthetic their child gets screwed basically..Great job Smiletown!"

Best experience with my 4 year old daughter so far. Everyone in the clinic including the doctor, assistant, and receptionist are friendly. They managed to turn a trickle tooth problem into a pleasant experience. Well done!

Jenny was amazing as well as the doctor every time. They really take their time with the kids and make them feel comfortable and have an amazing approach especially when the littles are so uncomfortable and not the easiest to deal with. They're very kind and take their time answering all your questions.

This was my 3 year olds 2nd time here today and he has been excited to come, the staff make him feel at ease so he’s not nervous at all. The ladies at the front are super sweet too. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dental office and the ocean them is beautiful too. I fully trust this wonderful team with my children and highly recommend!

We had a quick and nice visit for cleaning to SmileTown Dentistry. Both children were happy after the visit although they were a bit afraid firstly. The personnel is very friendly, the doctor is very polite and open for a conversation with children in a very warm and cheerful manner. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staf did everything to make this visit enjoyable including searching for the particular cartoon in particular language for my picky son. They explained to children all the steps to make them feel better about the visit. Thank you very much!

Always get a second opinion,When I walked in, I noticed most kids getting gas and were having major dental work done, this didn’t sit right with me.So our turn came, my 4 year old daughter was told she needs teeth pulled, and would have to be put under. I went with my gut, I got a second opinion, the second dentist said this was not necessary.This is just a business, not an actual dentist.If you do go here, Just make sure to get a second opinion
