City’s Edge Farm

I didn't know what I was missing until I had fresh veggies, fruit and spices from City's Edge Farm. I've been buying organic food most of my life but getting it directly from the farmer, Sol, is even better.Veggies and fruit taste so fresh when they are grown locally and harvested less than 24hrs before receiving them. I can't help but eat some of the veggies and fruit on my way home! I snack on the strawberries, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and baby carrots all the time.The salad mix, garlic and dried rosemary are so flavorful that I enjoy making salads, stir fry and omelettes frequently. The variety and quality of the food that I get from the weekly share program is so yummy that I buy extra from Sol's farm stand.I also enjoy my discussions with Sol. She truly cares about growing food in an environmentally friendly way. And my banter with Will, who helps Sol, always leaves me with a chuckle or smile on my face!
