Work Authority

I called the store to speak to manager Bill today and he worked with me in order to process my return that was out of their policy. He was very accommodating to my situation, and was extremely kind. He said Connie would be in the store at the time of my arrival, and she was there with her male coworker, and both were very kind and helpful. I explained the situation to them, but Bill had already briefed them, and were very willing to help me out. I am extremely pleased with the service at this store! Every staff I came into contact with was kind, helpful, and eager to help me. Will be returning back to this location if I ever need to!

I went into this location of work authority and I needed some help choosing which work shoe would work best for my job. Bill Hewlett, the store manager, was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me pick the right size and model of shoe. He also helped greatly with picking out the perfect insole for my feet. The employees in this location are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I HIGHLY suggest this location to anyone that needs a work shoe or boot and may possibly need some help with it!

I came in looking for close for my apprenticeship. I had done some research on it but still needed to figure out what worked best for the kind of work I was doing and trying to find proper sizing.Connie and Kathy really went above and beyond. They were patient, attentive, humorous, overall really made the experience so enjoyable and less intimidating. They also took the time to call different store locations to find the sizes/products I needed.Definitely would recommend work authority to anyone looking for great quality work/trade clothes that are reasonably priced. The cherry on top though was the service I received and the reason I will be returning for further business.Thanks again to Connie and Kathy for all time and help you spent with me :)

I went to Work Authority to find pants for my outdoor job. A lady by the name of Connie was working at the time and upon entering she immediately came up to me and asked me what I was looking for. When I said pants she brought me over and asked what size while going through the rack to pick out my desired size. Unfortunately they did not have my size. Connie called the Hamilton location and had the right size put on hold for me. Both her and the male manager I didnt catch the name, were extremely pleasant during my visit and made my shopping quick and easy. 10/10 thank you

I have had great experiences in the past and definitely will be coming back. Bill was so helpful and knowledgeable with regard to the brands of steel toed work shoes. In fact, I bought two pairs and love them! I work in concrete so durability is crucial. I have Royers and Docs. Great job work authority! Keep up the good work!

I just got home from purchasing a great pair of steel toe welding work boots from the Burlington work authority. They were great. The two I dealt with were very nice and knowledgeable. I told them what I was looking for and the first pair I tried on were the right ones! I tried on another set to be sure but the first pair were perfect. Will go back whenever I need a new pair!

I would like to show my appreciation for a specific employee named Catherine, she was very helpful helping me find the correct work boot for my needs, unfortunately her location did not have the boot I was looking for but she went out of her way to find where the closest location with my size available. People are friendly and patient for your changing thoughts about shoes... Place is sanitized, they give you senitizer for your safety and have mask in case you have forgot your own. They make sure you have comfortable pair and even suggest alternative type of shoes if you are not sure on your choice. Had a great experience with this location.

Nowadays, people don't usually write positive reviews. However, I must comment that I received exceptional service at the Work Authority store in Burlington on Fairview Street! 2 older gentlemen were working, and both were extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgable. I came in with a stroller and they held the door open for me when I entered and exited.They helped me sort through all of the various styles and colours of Dickie work pants. I was unsure of the size and style from a previous purchase, so they were able to find my account in their system and direct me based on the records! I would definitely recommend this friendly shop over a big box store.

I went to the store today between 545-6 pm and was looking for safety work boots. The lady was super friendly and helpful. She's so patient with me and not pushing me to buy which made me feel comfortable! One of the best customer service I have had!! Thank you :)
