The manager ladie has all the workers watching me and then a security guard cam in to watch me and I Spent over 300 there and alway go in there to shop, I hope it wasn't cause I'm indigenous and ugly? But I felt so uncomfortable.

Great customer service. Patient, friendly people who are experienced. I came in and couldn't find the right size of coat and the staff called another store from Calgary just to get my size. Amazing.

Recently started buying my work gear here about a year ago. I was told it was better quality than anywhere else. This is true in SOME cases. Some items however are the same quality as anywhere else but are priced 2x higher here. I bought safety toed work boots from here at Just under $300/pair and was told that they were far superior for the price and I should get quite a few years use out of them. It's been just under a year and I had to replace them. Before these I bought the same brand of boots at Wal-mart for around $100-130 and consistently got over 2 years per pair of use. Definitely not superior quality, at least not for that brand.

Went for socks, the price was just ok, a bit more then I thought but looks like good quality.

I went in there looking for a pair of black flared jeans, but out of the 30 pairs of jeans, they only have 3 kinds of black. No jeans were shorter than 32, which is quite long for short girls. But besides that, they had a bit of selections. Levi's, wrangler, lots of it.

Just came here to get myself a new pair of rubber boots for work, every customer in the store was asked if they needed help while I jumped to grab my boots of a higher self. I was never asked if I needed help. I was visibly and persistently followed around the entire time even though no one would help me. I’m not sure if it was the clothes I was wearing however I do work and my work clothes are messy, so it’s hard to know why I was quite obviously a problem in their store. When I went to check out the employee helping me put her hands into both my boots and then shook both boots upside down repeatedly, this made it obvious that not only was I not worth helping but I was presumed to be a thief . Long story short I left this business feeling unwanted, and out of place after spending my worked for money. The customer service was the one of the worst I have experienced, I hope no one else goes into this store just to leave feeling like this after spending money on work essentials. I prefer to shop in store to support businesses, however my business with now always be online.

lots of products you won't find anywhere else. so far everything we have tried has been good.

I like shopping here. Can be a bit pricey but that's just because they're selling things that you don't have to re purchase again in 6 months. My work boots are running on 2 years.
