Luxurious Tile Installation LLC

Vince just finished a tile install in our formal living room in our new house. The second job they have done for us. He came out and took measurements and spent time talking with us about our options. We wanted tile that would look good with tile and laminate wood that had been installed about 10 years ago in our home that we just purchased to replace carpet. Vince gave us recommendations on what would be our best options. Vince sent our bid, we picked out tile and Vince had it down in 3 days. We only waited about a week for install. We plan on putting the same new tile throughout the down stairs and Vince knew exactly what we should do next. I highly recommend these guys!Also, the bathroom work they did on our previous home sold the house. The buyer was so impressed!

Vince and his staff installed tile in my master bathroom and they did a great job. In addition to a great installation, Vince is a great business owner who stands by his work. We had an issue and he did not give me any issues with correcting it to my satisfaction. Great customer service. Reach out to Luxurious tile if you want a contractor who stands by his work and goes out of his way to make sure his clients are satisfied.

Vince did a great job tiling my small bathroom floor with a herringbone pattern. Vince is very courteous, a hard worker, and was willing to work with my schedule. If I need any more tile work I will call Vince, and I highly recommend him.

I cannot comment on the workmanship provided as I never even received a quote because Vince never can to look at my job. I was promised he would come by the next day between noon and 1. No show no call. So I reached out and no response for a few days. He responded at 10 pm at night and said he would make sure he would stop by the next day. I said sounds good and hoped everything was OK. Things happen in life. But again the next day comes and goes with no call and no show. That is very unprofessional. I judge contractors based on the communication they provide. If you can't make a simple call or show up when promised multiple times, I just don't trust them. Hope this helps someone.

what a great experience working with Vince through our bathroom remodel. The extra steps and quality of his work was so greatly appreciated.The attention to detail and pride he takes in his work. Wow! If there was a ten star option... Vince would get it. He did the tile around our fireplace and it came out perfect! The turn around time for the quote and the job it self was excellent. The quality of work he did is superb. The attention to detail was great. Also... super important, he was very helpful and patient with my wife and I while we discussed design and specs. We didn’t feel rushed at all. Furthermore, he helped us with great advice without forcing us in any direction. He’s price is very reasonable. Don’t look further... just call Vince. I am extremely happy I did and so will you. I am in the contractor industry so I can tell you with certainty he truly fantastic.

Vince did the tile in my bathroom and i was beyond impressed! The tile came out beautiful and i will definitely be calling this place again if i ever need tile done. Not only did it come out amazing, but the service was so great and Vince was very nice and hardworking and got the job done quick. I highly recommend this company it is worth every penny!!!!

If I could give Vince more than 5 stars I would. I am very picky about the people that I hire. I was blown away by the quality and detail of Vince's work. He is a perfectionist, responsive, professional, follows through and leaves your home and surroundings clean. If he gives you suggestions listen to him. He is very experienced, trained and knows what he is talking about. All that have seen my kitchen backsplash are so impressed with the attention to detail and the perfect cuts. I would highly recommend hiring him.
