Had an appointment, called ahead with no answer, show up anyway and the place was closed unexpectedly. That I could live with, but there was someone there who ignored my knock and my call and just left me guessing. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.

Had a blown spark plug and a misfire. They replaced and overnighted the new spark plug which caused catastrophic engine damage. I also got the car back with 5 digs deep in the paint. Just go to a dealer. They have nice staff, but someone messed up bad they had working there.

So far have had a great experience with Baines. I had both our cars break down this weekend and was worried about finding someone who could fit us in on a Monday morning. Baines took care of both our cars and was able to fix both without breaking the bank.
