The customer service at this location is amazing. The handover specialist, Tevin, was very friendly, helpful and patient in setting up our Range Rover with remote features. I highly recommend this place.

Came in to get our F Pace appraised as we were in the market to either sell/upgrade our current vehicle. Were told that their dealership had too many vehicles so they are not interested in accepting our vehicle if we decided just to sell. If we decide to upgrade, they have no other option than to just take it. Haven’t heard of something like this before. Ended up taking our business to another Jaguar store and bought from them.

Daniel is the best person in the auto industry that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He is very professional, reliable and helpful. Thank Daniel for all the hard work you puts into helping me find my lovely car.

I had an overall great experience with Coventry North. I was so turned off by the Oakville location when looking for my Range Rover, but I decided not to give up on the brand over one bad experience. I am so glad that I came here. The staff was friendly and professional and while I enjoyed my time while leasing my vehicle, I must say the best part of it all; was actually when it was time to return my vehicle. Not only was the process smooth, I was dealing with Geoffrey Anderson and what an amazing experience. He walked me through the return process, very professional, checked in on me along the way to see where I was in the process and followed up with me, up to the very last minute. I am sure all the employees are great there; however, Geoffrey was the icing on the cake for me. Well done Coventry North. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Land Rover/Jaguar.

Walked in on a Saturday and received great service from Kevin Lam. Really wasn’t pushy and gave me lots of options for in stock models as I totalled my car and needed a new one ASAP.The whole process took a week, mostly because I was indecisive, but Kevin walked me through lease and finance options to help me make my decision. He seemed really knowledgeable about cars and it was great to work with him, follow up and communication was consistent, as I had to return to pick up mats. I will definitely be ordering my next car with Kevin again. Love my new car!
